The only thing I can think of is its hard to get a USA Chant when the two people from USA in the match are on the opposite teams (and I Wanted to scream yesterday at the people who were chanting USA durring the Rhyno/Tajiri vs La Res match)

I was just watching the WM7 main event before this, so this was surreal. I always mark for Sarge matches for some reason.

We're going to have to deal with them anyway, so why not give them a gimmick we can all get behind: Slaughter's Marauders.

 

Pick a couple OVW guys. Have weekly segments with Slaughter putting them through boot camp. Eventually, they "graduate" to the active roster, with Sarge as their manager. Dress them in fatigues and have them go for tag gold in the name of the old Red, White & Blue.

 

RUN WITH IT.

 

And don't any of you act like this is a bad idea. There's no one else on the tag scene as it is. And it worked in the G.I. Joe movie!
