Really good match from Orton and Edge. Meltzer says its even better than the Foley match. Not sure if I'd go that far, but it's close.

Actually, he said the match was just as good as the Foley match, except this was Orton's best performance in leading a match.

I think Triple H wins. It's going to be hard to keep the shows revolving around Evolution if they don't have at least one title.

 

And I could easily see Triple H vs. Edge at Summerslam for the title. I mean it DID get more buildup than Triple H/Benoit did leading into this show.

Smart booking is wait until maybe Survivor Series or even the Royal Rumble to do that. Edge DID say he'd go threw them 1 by 1, and knocking off HHH second makes no sense.

But this is WWF booking where you blow through 4-5 months of booking in a few weeks. Edge will go through Batista and Flair during the next 2 weeks and then face Triple H at Summerslam.

Yes but there were other heels and storylines on the show then too. These days it seems like everything on Raw revolves around Evolution in some way shape or form no matter how little sense it makes booking wise. Rhyno and Tajiri not facing Le Res is the perfect example.

My official prediction: Benoit wins. They've done every scenario for Evolution except where they come to RAW after a PPV being completely titless.....or is it titleless...nah....titless.

 

Best case scenario, Batista (as the only member to win) stages a bloody coup and takes control of Evolution and institutes a an official pimp suit dress code. No more Orton slumming it up with a simple shirt and tie.
