I'd have to go for Novemeber Rain for two reasons:

 

A) I grew up watching MTV & MTV2

Welcome To The Jungle is good, but ridiculously overplayed.

Rocket Queen is my favorite by far, and You Could be Mine runs a very close second, so I went with that.

 

All of the others get ultra-heavy airplay so I'm not into them as much, which is a shame, because they are all great songs.

Coma would be better if it was like five minutes shorter, but the last two minutes of the song kick ass!

The last two minutes or so are some of the most powerful music I have ever heard.

The lyrics alone are evidence enough of Axl's genius. You don't really appreciate the depth and volume of the song and it's lyrics until you try to write a song yourself on the same subject matter. Unreal stuff.
