landy1987 Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 I'm trying to get all the commercials onto one tape, before the I actually tape the show itself. I have got 4 so far: 1) Batista and Kurt Angle 2) Just Batista 3) Stacy Keibler 4) Chavo Classic and Chavo Guerrero any more?
Guest SethforPrez840 Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 There's a Tajiri one, and there's supposed to be an Eddy commercial debut during Smackdown
Guest melindacampbell Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 One more for ya... Eugene/Regal - Olympic torch
Spaceman Spiff Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 There's a Booker T commercial where's he's fencing, and cuts off his opponent's arm. It aired during last week's Raw or SD (I forget which one).
Youth N Asia Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 Batista breakdancing = the best thing ever
Cran Da Maniac Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 There's a Booker T commercial where's he's fencing, and cuts off his opponent's arm. It aired during last week's Raw or SD (I forget which one). When I first saw that commercial, I thought of 2 things. One was Monty Python, the other was when Booker T was spoofing the Scorpion King. "I got a sword Sucka!"
landy1987 Posted August 4, 2004 Author Report Posted August 4, 2004 well I am in the UK and so our Raw and Smackdown is different when it comes to the WWE commercials in between as most of ours are promoting the UK events. Hopefulyl we'll get these other commercials before August 15!
Guest Real F'n Show Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 There's one with Tajiri playing table tennis and he spits the mist at his opponent. There's a lot of them, good luck getting them all, some might only air once, since there's so many. You could probably just wait for the DVD to come out, which will probably have them all.
AndrewTS Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 Considering they make it a point to include useless, stupid extras like interviews on DVDs, they *should* put all of them on the Slam DVD. However, they'll probably give us the "Friends of JBL" segment, the Heat match(es), and little else.

"I got a sword Sucka!" Such a great memory... I miss the oddball pairing of Booker T & Goldust.
Mecha Mummy Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 They really should put those commercials online. Best PPV ad campaign in so long.
Crimson G Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Considering they make it a point to include useless, stupid extras like interviews on DVDs, they *should* put all of them on the Slam DVD. However, they'll probably give us the "Friends of JBL" segment, the Heat match(es), and little else. Hey, they're not worthless. Victoria's interview on the WMXIX DVD is hilarious. "Has anyone seen my belt? I think I lost it..." (Hilarious in an it's so bad way. That's saying a lot because I usually tune in to see anything Victoria does.)
Just call me Dan Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Batista breakdancing = the best thing ever Whaaaa? What happnes in that commercial? Never seen it.
Twisted Intestine Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Batista breakdancing = the best thing ever Whaaaa? What happnes in that commercial? Never seen it. Well, see, Batista break dances. That's just a far out there wild guess though, as I haven't seen it either
ChrisMWaters Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 The Batista Breakdancing Commercial: Announcers set up floor routine stuff. Another "Olympian" is about to do a floor routine, but Batista shoves him out of the way, setting up a pad on the floor and a jukebox. He then breakdances.
Styles Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Is it wrong of me to want to get the DVD even after ordering the show just so I can have all those promo spots?
ChrisMWaters Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 Is it wrong of me to want to get the DVD even after ordering the show just so I can have all those promo spots? Nope. Not in my opinion anyway.

With all the running jokes my friends and I have about him and JR's infatuation with him, I'd cry laughing.
Spaceman Spiff Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 IIRC, Batista busts out the Robot, and finishes with the back spin.
Guest melindacampbell Posted August 5, 2004 Report Posted August 5, 2004 FYI - three of the commercials are on WWE's SummerSlam page: Stacy Kiebler, Eugene/Regal, and Tajiri.

UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 I love the Batista one. It's not even that great, it's just "different" and not trying to be intentionally funny like all the other shitty commercials try to be.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Batista is one of the most agile big men in the business.
Lil' Bitch Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 So the list so far 1) Batista and Kurt Angle 2) Just Batista 3) Stacy Keibler 4) Chavo Classic and Chavo Guerrero 5) Tajiri 6) Eugene and Regal 7) Booker T 8) Eddie Guerrero 9) HHH I'm guessing there's one more.
Guest tigerdrivah91 Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 lmfao @ Batista breaking...and then the pose afterwards..
MarvinisaLunatic Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 So the list so far 1) Batista and Kurt Angle 2) Just Batista 3) Stacy Keibler 4) Chavo Classic and Chavo Guerrero 5) Tajiri 6) Eugene and Regal 7) Booker T 8) Eddie Guerrero 9) HHH I'm guessing there's one more. and you'd be right! 10) Big Show High Dive He basically jumps off the high dive feet first and splashes all the judges/crowd.
Youth N Asia Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Haven't seen the Big Show one yet. But I tape the shows to watch the next day. So I fast forward commercials. They should add these on the DVD. The Summerslam 2003 DVD is completly barebone (no extras)

ChrisMWaters Posted August 12, 2004 Report Posted August 12, 2004 Off topic BUT... Speaking of the Big Show, his name was taken off the Smackdown Superstars webpage at http://smackdown.wwe.com/superstars.html Course, he's not on the Raw version either...so they may just be playing the marks, making them think Show was actually cut..
