Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 26 is on the downhill slope to 30. Will you still be posting here, Incandenza?
kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 Excluding him I gotta go with Flyboy. He's still in high school. So if he TSM's elder statesman, he's really st00pid...
Giuseppe Zangara Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 26 is on the downhill slope to 30. Will you still be posting here, Incandenza? I'm just gonna throw myself out this window.
CanadianChris Posted August 19, 2004 Author Report Posted August 19, 2004 When God said "Let there be light", Chris hit the switch. We have a winner! Honourable mentions to Dr. Tom, Max, RHTITE and Vitamin X. My fiancee and I had a really good laugh at all of these, though. I'd start an "I got married today" thread on Saturday, but I don't think I'm going to have time...
The Czech Republic Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 Excluding him I gotta go with Flyboy. He's still in high school. That was the joke.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 Wasn't very funny, unless it's some sort of inside joke you have with Mr. Boy, which is all fine and dandy...
PLAGIARISM! Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 I thought I was pushing it at 20 for message boarding. Fuck.
The Czech Republic Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 No I just thought it would be humorous to cite a known youngster as TSM's elder statesman. I miss CWM the oldest early-20s guy TSM ever knew
nl5xsk1 Posted August 19, 2004 Report Posted August 19, 2004 I've actually given thought to 'retiring' from TSM on my 30th birthday. Most of the people on this board are fine, and rarely do I feel like I'm so much older than people. But it seems like the trend is that most new posters are getting younger and thus a generation gap is starting. The only thing stopping me from calling it a day on my 30th is the kkk pick 'em contest, and even that could be remedied by emailing my picks.
The Mandarin Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 My fiancee and I had a really good laugh at all of these, though. You guys are SO OLD, you laughed at my awful joke because that's senility for you.
treble Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 I'd start an "I got married today" thread on Saturday, but I don't think I'm going to have time... Loser.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 So, is Chris the oldest poster here that anyone knows of? Grand Slam is thirty-one. Wow, you're almost a year older than I am... that makes me feel a little better...
Dr. Tom Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 I'll just call you "Dr. Tom Sr." Mind your elders, youngin'. I've got Chris beat by six months and a few days. ( )
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 I thought I heard creaking.
Zack Malibu Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 So I won? I'll drink to that. Actually, I'd drink even if I didn't win.
Zack Malibu Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 I think Zack has a drinking problem. I didn't say WHAT I'd drink.
the max Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 Touché. Although, if it's alcohol, you have a drinking problem. Preppy.
The Czech Republic Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 I think that incident from my time in the Peace Corps contributed to my drinking problem.
Zack Malibu Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 Touché. Although, if it's alcohol, you have a drinking problem. Preppy. I was thinking TANG, actually. 'Tis been awhile.
PLAGIARISM! Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 I propose a toast, to my drinking problem.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 ^This guy said something really funny about posting here at an advanced age once. I don't remember where to quote it, but it was something along the lines of "If I'm still posting here at 30, it will be because a window to the site was left open when I killed myself." Incandenza's threated suicide not just here, but in another thread after calling himself "Ironicandenza." Anyway, to support this, I'll throw my hand in the suicide pact as well. If we're still posting at TSM at 30, heads will roll.
PLAGIARISM! Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 Awesome. Course, Dames will get a load of Christian lunatics picketing outside his house. The headline opportunities involving 'The Virgin Suicides' are plentiful, though.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 Virgin suicides? I'm not alfdogg, man.
The Mandarin Posted August 22, 2004 Report Posted August 22, 2004 'The Virgin Suicides' sucked (minus Josh Hartnett's hilariously bad hair). Then again, so did Sofia's other movie.
