Without You- Van Halen

I'm only doing research, I'm not listening for enjoyment. Trust me, I don't enjoy Cherone.

Elvis Costello - This Year's Girl, demo version. It's faster than the album version, but not better.

Faster and better: the demo of "Living in Paradise."

I'm listening to Outkast's Aquemini, which just hit "Rosa Parks." Cut it up.

"California Uberalles" - Six Feet Under

I vehemently hate that cover. Chris Barnes' bastardizations of previously decent songs, or goofy songs that remain dumb, HAS to be done solely for his own amusement, otherwise, I could never forgive it.

Right now, I had to bust out "Angel of Death"

Raining Blood.

Also, contrary to the beliefs of a couple other metal dudes on here, the rest of the album is NOT in fact, generic thrash. There's some good songs stuck in there, like "Altar of Sacrifice" "Jesus Saves" and "Postmortem."

'Children of the Damned' Iron Maiden. Sounds like Metallica may have ripped from this on The Unforgiven I & II.

"Toy Box"- Soundgarden

I fucking LOVE this song. Download it, or pick up the CD single for "Flower," it's one of the B-Sides. It's a hard single to find, though. I tell ya, there's nothing better than old-school Soundgarden. Cornell was at his glass -shattering, pain-peeling best in the late 80s.
