Guest Phenom Report post Posted November 11, 2004 My picks: WWE Crusierweight Fatal Fourway: Spike Dudley vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Billy Kidman vs. Rey Mysterio Predicted Winner: Chavo Guerrrrrrrrrrrrrero It makes sence for Chavo to win, so that he faces Kidman at Armageddon. Intercontinental Championship: Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian Winner: Christian It may not make a lot of sence, but if my predictions go through, it will make sence. Completly Useless Match: The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich Winner: Heidenreich Yes, Taker gets screwed again. That's what happens when you chokeslam the same guy 4 weeks in a row. Women's World Championship: Trish Stratus vs. Lita Winner: Trish Stratus Same reason as IC match. SmackDown! Survivor Series Match: Team Guerrero vs. Team Angle Winner: Team Angle Wins by TBS and RVD this week and, well, you know. RAW Survivor Series Match: Team Helmsley vs. Team Orton Winner: Team Helmsley If you didn't see that coming, you are legally retarded in 19 states (and the province of Alberta) WWE Championship Match: John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs. Booker T Winner: JBL With the threat this week, we know he'll win. And now, the 4 weeks of RAW 11/15/04 Adam Copeland is GM. Makes title match agaist HHH. Wins. 11/22/04 Batista is GM. Makes title match against Copeland. Loses. 11/29/04 Gene Snitsky is GM. Makes Garrison Cade-Val Venis match. Everyone giggles. 12/06/04 HHH is GM. Makes title match against Copeland, No DQ. Of course, Batista and Flair try to interfere, but Christian and Tomko stop them. Copeland retains, and the era of Evolution is over. The Coalition takes over. There's probably going to be a Tag match lately announced, but the titles are retained. And that's about it. Guest MikeSC Report post Posted November 11, 2004 WWE Crusierweight Fatal Fourway: Spike Dudley vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Billy Kidman vs. Rey Mysterio Kidman gets it. I don't think Spike's reign has worked and Rey is too often the CW Champ to win it again. Kidman has more heat than Chavo right now --- and it's much easier to build up Chavo v Kidman with the heel as champ. Intercontinental Championship: Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian Benjamin retains. WWE wants to build him up and jobbing to Christian isn't going to achieve this goal. The IC Title has never helped Christian, but it can help Benjamin if they give him an Orton-esque reign. The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich Undertaker. He won't job to somebody as inept --- and the WWE, I don't think, have any desire to push Heidenreich further. Women's World Championship: Trish Stratus vs. Lita Lita takes the gold. Alas. SmackDown! Survivor Series Match: Team Guerrero vs. Team Angle Team Guerrero wins --- as I don't see any the faces win the RAW Survivor Series match and the WWE won't want the heel team on both rosters to win their "classic" Survivor Series match. RAW Survivor Series Match: Team Helmsley vs. Team Orton Team Hunter. Yeah, they'll build RAW around MAVEN for one week. Sure they will. WWE Championship Match: John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs. Booker T JBL retains. They are holding JBL's loss for Royal Rumble, most likely. -=Mike

Promoter 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 Intercontinental Championship: Benjamin wins as Christian will move up to where Edge is(or at least that's what I would do). Either way I see Benjamin. Undertaker vs. Heidenreich: Heidenreich with help from Heyman's Dudleyz Again, if they actually keep continuity. UT loses either way. Woman's title: Lita will win as she needs something to save face after all this crap Team Angle wins. Cena will be the crowd pleasing point of the match as he "injures" Carlito. Bradshaw retains unfortunately either way. Team Orton wins: I would not be surprised if Tajiri costs HHH's team the match. Okay, things can go many ways with the faces more than the heels winning to break up Evolution or continue the tension. If Trips and Orton are main eventing Mania 21 this will be the diversion. Hell, they can re-position HHH as the face and the other members as heels who re-join back up with Orton by Mania.
algrim 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 My pics: - Benjamin vs. Christian :IC title match Benjamin wins, since there's hope they'll mold Benjamin for a long title reign. - CW title match Either Kidman or Chavo win the title, further setting up their feud. - Trish vs. Lita Lita will win, if only to let Trish get some rest and treat the numbness problems in her hand. - UT vs. Heidenrape Don't care. Maybe Heidenrape can pull it off, but I doubt it. - JBL vs. Booker T I'm guessing JBL will retain, so they can have Booker win at Armageddon. - Team Guerrero vs. Team Angle Team Guerrero, so Eddie and Angle can have the proper blowoff to their feud. - Team Helmsley vs. Team Orton HHH's team will win, thus setting up the faces to get screwed. Does anybody else think they'll add a fourth Raw match to the PPV?
Taker666 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 Let me just say something about Survivor Series. SD! has TWO Main-Events while Raw only has one. if Raw's one Main-Event makes the SS main-Event over both of SD!'s. I'am gonna be highly pissed. espeically sence one of SD!'s main-event is for the WWE title. I'am sick of Raw always getting the main-event at a Co-Brand PPV. the WWE title match SHOULD be the the Survior Series Main-Event regardless of who the competitors are. Anyways. This is what I HOPE happens at SS Booker T over JBL for the WWE title Team Orton over Team H Undertaker over Heidylonglastname Shelton over Christian for the IC title Team Guerrero over Team Angle Lita over Trish for the Woman's title Chavo over Mysterio/Spike/Kidman for the Cruiser title
NYU 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 Do you really think all of the faces will win at Survivor Series? Doubt it.... JBL over Booker T. I think they're going to save Booker's title reign for next month, if they have it at all. Otherwise, his title win here could get overshadowed by some of the other biggest matches. Team Helmsley over Team Orton. The faces have just gotten the advantage TOO much this month. Team Guerrero over Team Angle. Cena's going to wind up having the biggest effect here, but then he'll be taken out at the end or something to explain his disappearance to film "The Marine." The Undertaker over Heidenreich. I'll believe someone pinning Taker when I see it. They wouldn't even let the WWE Champion do it. Shelton over Christian. There's no way they'll have Benjamin drop the IC Title so soon. Lita over Trish. They're going to have to reward Lita after all the shit she's been through the past few months. Of course, this feud may carry over into the next few months too. Kidman over Chavo, Spike, Rey. His character is actually starting to get over, so I see them putting the Cruiserweight Title on him sooner rather than later. Taker666 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 Do you really think all of the faces will win at Survivor Series? Doubt it.... oh crap, I didn't realize that all my Picks were faces. Booker T over JBL- Booker T winning the WWE title would be to good to be true. I just hope the WWE does the right thing and reward T with the WWE title that he deserves. JBL has been a pretty good Champ, but hes been Champion long enough IMO. Team Orton over Team H- I don't even know why I picked Orton's team. I think it was because I would like to see how a Chris Benoit or Chris Jericho runned Raw would turn out. We've seen Triple H run Raw millions of times. I don't need to see it again. Guerrero Over Angle- I picked Guerreros team because I'am a fan of mostly all of Team Guerrero, On Team Angle, Kurt is the only wrestler I'am a fan of although I have been enoying Carlito Cool these past couple of weeks. Undertaker over Heidiwhatever- Being a huge Taker fan, TONS more than Heidy, of course I wanna see him win Shelton over Christian- Christian's IC title run bored the shit out of me last year and he hasn't changed sence than. Shelton has been a much better Champion so far and hes a much better wrestler than Mr."Charisma" aswell. Lita over Trish- Trish is a better Wrestler but I would like to see a new Champion for once, even if it is Lita Chavo wins the belt- Spike doesn't do it for me as Champ and Mysterio is a great wrestler but held the belt to many times already, I'am hoping Chavo wins to further his feud with Kidman. I proabally would of picked kidman if his horrible heel acting wouldn't have pushed me away. I guess thats why I picked who I picked.

clean rob 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 WWE Crusierweight Fatal Fourway: Spike Dudley vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Billy Kidman vs. Rey Mysterio Winner: Kidman, so that he'll have both Chavo and London gunning for his title (and this horrible Spike reign ends). Intercontinental Championship: Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian Winner: Shelton. He needs a few successful title defences. Christian losing won't hurt him at all. The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich Winner: Taker. Pfft. Women's World Championship: Trish Stratus vs. Lita Winner: Trish. I'm actually thinking they're going all the way to Mania before the big face win. RAW Survivor Series Match: Team Helmsley vs. Team Orton Winner: Team Helmsley. 4 HHH vs. face title matches in 4 weeks would be blowing a lot in a very short space of time. SmackDown! Survivor Series Match: Team Guerrero vs. Team Angle Winner: Team Guerrero. If Team Helmsley goes over, the faces win this one. WWE Championship Match: John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs. Booker T Winner: JBL. Then Booker wins at Armageddon to transition to Angle. Unless, UNLESS, they actually put this as the ME (I just can't see this happening though) in which case Booker wins this Sunday.

Lord of The Curry 0 Report post Posted November 11, 2004 I'm kinda surprised that nobody in the thread has mentioned the likelihood of Maven joining Evolution during the RAW match. Aero 0 Report post Posted November 12, 2004 Predicted match order, as well... IC Title Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian Benjamin just won the title, so I don't think he's losing it, especially since he has the potential to actually be a decent champ and bring some credibility back to the title. Christian is over as a heel with or without the belt. He doesn't need it right now. This will probably be decent, but nothing great. Prediction: Shelton Benjamin Cruiserweight Title Spike vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Kidman vs. Chavo Spike's reign doesn't seem to be working out at all anymore. He really doesn't even need the title. Rey Mysterio is barely even in the title picture to begin with. Now, there's obviously going to be a Kidman-Chavo match somewhere down the line, probably at Armageddon, so it'll likely be for the title, even though this feud doesn't need it. Of the two, Kidman seems better off with the title for now, and Chavo probably gets it next month. Prediction: Kidman Women's Title Trish vs. Lita A few weeks ago, I thought that Lita needed the win to freshen things up. Trish's only credible challenger is Victoria. Now that Gail & Jazz are both gone, Lita's only credible challenger (besides Trish) is Molly. Lita will win the match, no doubt. In her storyline since April, Lita has basically had nothing good, so after seeing Matt Hardy injured, marrying Kane, and losing her baby, she has to win the title, at least. No matter who wins, the women's division is officially dead. Prediction: Lita Team Angle vs. Team Guerrero Will the Angle-Eddie feud ever die? They claimed that the 2/3 Falls match in either late August or early September would be the rubber match. Wasn't next week that they had a Lumberjack match? This should end it. If it were up to me, I'd have everyone out except Angle & Eddie, have them wrestle for about 10 minutes, and then have Eddie go over clean with a Frog Splash to finally end this disappointment of a feud. Prediction: Team Guerrero (Survivor: Eddie) Undertaker vs. Heidenreich I was originally thinking a DQ finish to basically protect Heidenreich, but on second thought, Undertaker will probably just beat him with a Tombstone in a bad match. Prediction: Undertaker Team HHH vs. Team Orton I'm sure it been said many times in the Raw threads, but damn, do the stipulations suck for this match. With that said, here's a few predictions for the match: Snitsky destroys Maven, Batista pins Orton in the middle portion (protecting the HHH-Orton WM 21 match), Jericho pins HHH, and Edge is eliminated last. Prediction: Team Orton (Survivors: Benoit & Jericho) WWE Title JBL vs. Booker T First, many think JBL is going to win because he said he'll never return to Smackdown if he loses. Not to mention, Book has gotten the best of JBL on every occasion so far. I think most realize that JBL is a failure as a champion basically, and they need to get the title off him. I figure Book wins here and loses to Angle at either the Rumble or No Way Out, allowing that Undertaker-Angle match at WM 21. I'm not thrilled at Book being a transitional champion, but it's better than JBL with the belt until WM, IMO. Prediction: Booker T Overall, it looks like quite a bad Survivor Series, maybe even worse than last year's. I can see almost everything except Taker-Heidenreich being decent, and maybe the two tag matches being *** more or less, but other than that this is not a PPV worth $35. On a positive note, I like the match graphics, alot. I won't be ordering, though.

JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 -Survivor Series preview for tomorrow night in Cleveland: *Spike Dudley vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Billy Kidman vs. Chavo Guerrero for the cruiserweight title - On paper, this should be a good match but it's at the mercy of the audience, which often blows off matches with virtually no interview hype. It's sad how little the belts mean, because it doesn't matter who wins, and I don't think anyone cares who will win. Mysterio doesn't want to be in this division, and Kidman, at least last month, was getting a good push. I don't know if he's the favorite, but he'd be my pick to win. *Trish Stratus vs. Lita for women's title - Stratus is the superstar of the women's division and should be perennial champion. I can see Lita winning, not that she's in Stratus' league, but just because she's been beat down so badly in storyline that she needs a victory. I could also see Snitsky cost Lita the match, although that would be better down the line when Kane is set to return. People seemed to care about this match when it was first announced because of the long build for it, and the good job Stratus has done in her role as heel. *Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian for the IC title - Again, another match you could see going either way and not meaning much either way, which is the sad state of affairs in the company. On the road, these guys have been tearing it up, so, again crowd willing, I expect a strong match with Benjamin winning. *Eddie Guerrero & RVD & John Cena & Big Show vs. Carlito & Kurt Angle & Mark Jindrak & Luther Reigns in an elimination tag match. Nobody remembers there was a reason that years ago they dropped the eight-man team idea for Survivor Series, because it ran its course. This, on paper, takes guys who should be in good matches (not all of them, but at least Guerrero and Angle) and puts them in a match that will probably mean little when it's over. It's really the night for Guerrero & RVD to make it. Cena may be rusty and it's been a while since he's had a great match. Show is working smarter, but it's not like he has good matches. Angle and Carlito are both banged up, and clearly, Angle carries most of the heat for his side. I have little faith in Jindrak or Reigns, but they'll probably have to carry at least the early portion of the match for their team. *Undertaker vs. John Heidenreich - They've pushed this hard and the only question is if they'll blow it off in one go. I'm guessing yes, and am guessing this won't be much of a match, and it will be less than 10:00. *HHH & Gene Snitsky & Edge & Batista vs. Randy Orton & Maven & Chris Jericho & Chris Benoit with the winning team having all four members get control of Raw each week for a month. Everyone expects a heel win out of this, so I'm figuring Orton pins HHH clean after everyone else is eliminated. In the big picture, this is the time and that is the right result. Besides, it allows HHH to have the odds against him over the next month with the bookers trying to screw with him and still survive, plus they emphasize the idea that Orton still can't get a title shot. Plus, let's face it, the world isn't ready for HHH vs. Snitsky as a Raw main event. *JBL vs Booker T for the WWE title. Let's look at it this way. If Booker wins, he can defend against JBL and Angle and, uh. If JBL wins, he can wrestle Cena down the line, plus Guerrero, Undertaker, Booker, RVD, Show and Mysterio. What's scary is not one of those prospective matches has any zing to it. Still, I can see it going Booker to Angle at this point, but JBL's saying if he loses, he's leaving Smackdown does make it interesting. They desperately need something newsworthy to come out of this show and have some main guys switching sides. Meltzer's SS preview...
DangerousDamon 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2004 WWE Crusierweight Fatal Fourway: Spike Dudley vs. Chavo Guerrero vs. Billy Kidman vs. Rey Mysterio Winner: Chavo, maybe Paul London can cost Kidman the match. But that's me being optimistic and hoping the WWE writers actually remember that Kidman injured Paul London. Intercontinental Championship: Shelton Benjamin vs. Christian Winner: Benjamin The Undertaker vs. Heidenreich Winner: Taker'll probably squash Heidenreich Women's title Trish Stratus vs. Lita Winner: Trish By Cheating SmackDown! Survivor Series Match: Team Guerrero vs. Team Angle Winner: Guerrero and Cena will be the last two left. RAW Survivor Series Match: Team HHH vs. Team Orton Winner: I think Orton will survive the odds and win the match for his team. I just couldn't imagine a 2 hour Raw centered around MAVEN though. WWE Championship Match: John "Bradshaw" Layfield vs. Booker T Winner: I think Booker T will win, but he'll probably job the title to Angle at the next ppv to set up the big Taker Angle feud.
