Just downloaded it myself and was wondering what people thought of it.

I thought it was kind of like most teen-targeted comedies these days, only replacing the dick and fart jokes with Jesus humor. It was kind of clever for the first twenty minutes or so, but then it got kind of irritating. Macaulay Culkin is pretty damn great in this, though (especially the scene where he's dancing in his wheelchair for quarters at the mall).

I loved it. The absurdity of it was great. I can see why people would get irritated after awhile, but I found it very funny.

I loved it and thought it was great... but I also attended a religious HS that had a LOT of the Mandy Moore characters there.

I bought the DVD the other day for $5, and I'll watch it sometime soon.

What I heard from most people I usually agree with is that while witty and clever at certain times, overall the movie was a dissapointment. To them it was one of the movies that dared itself to be controversial, but then would always chicken out halfway there.

Though it seemed to be written by some guy who got burned by a bad church, it made some really valid points that I've observed as a Christian for quite some time.

It was an entertaining movie. Mandy Moore did a really good job actually, about 10 minutes in, I forgot it was Mandy Moore, instead just thinking of her as the bible-thumping character. Good stuff.

Started out very good and just sort of decreased in quality as the movie progressed. I enjoyed it, but not overwhelmingly so.

It's definitely worth a rental. Mandy Moore was great in her role. I wouldn't call the movie outstanding, but it's worth a look.

At a local video store, there are only about five of the stores in this area. It was used, but in perfect like new condition, it was pretty much new. I buy stuff from there all the time. Their used DVDs range from $3-$10.
