I would file that one under "Fucking Stupid". I love a good spotfest as much as the next guy, but there was no sense in a bump like that. I have no clue how either guy was able to walk after that. JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2005 Holy shit was Joe/Punk 3 awesome! I totally bought the fact that those 2 guys would do ANYTHING to win the title. And as great as that match was I think the fans made it even better. They were quiet and respectful at the beginning like the announchers said, (and I really don't like those announcers but they are better than JR and Lawler), and they built themselves to a fucking peak by the end. My highlights of the match were Punk's dropkick off the apron and SMACKING the floor when he hit, the sleeperhold series near the end with Steamboat stopping the bell from ringing and Punk trying like hell to fight out of it, the fans shitting all over Joe with the "Fuck you Joe" chant when he put his feet on the ropes, and Joe's speech at the end (paraphrased because I don't remember the exact words) "The reason this belt means so much is because of guys like you Punk who will do anything to win it" I'd give my soul to have the first 2 uploaded Glad you liked it... I really recommend getting the rest of All Star Extravaganza II for Ki-Aries and Danielson-Homicide which also rule. You guys should really take advantage of all the sales ROH has been having. All it does is hurt ROH (or the indy in question) that really need the money. What are the odds that the cheap bastards downloading these main events are actually going to buy the tape now? ROH in particular has so many excellent mid-card matches. Why not upload those? Just run up to Samoa Joe and CM Punk and kick them in the balls next time. Same difference. People annoy me.
