I find it impossible to believe that Hunter would do something that could kill his WWE career.

Maybe he's cheating on Steph with Vince, trying to get a better push.

How could his push get any better?

They could give him his own Saturday morning cartoon show, for starters.

He already has one personal vehicle for himself, he doesn't need another.

Could Amy Weber be involved, and the other story is a plant over her reasons?

RAW is already a cartoon so that's two birds killed with one stone.

Yeah, but it's more of an adult cartoon, we need one for the kids.

Well, I found it weird that a flyer of Amy happened to be found in Japan, which stirred up this mess initially, and now there's reports about some "major" WWE star having an affair with his wife. Too sudden.

The timing's just giving off a weird vibe.

Whoever reported the story first should also be looked into. If the Torch broke the story first then things should be taken with a massive grain of salt. If PWInsider or such broke it first then the story could be either true, since their gravy wagon is hitched to TNA, or else it could be false alarm, which is something Ryder and Scherer are not strangers with.

My guess is it's Chris Jericho and Trish Stratus.

THAT...WOULD...BE...AWSOME!

Damn, no it wouldn't. Jericho is married with a *kid*. Plus, have you seen a picture of his wife? I don't think he'd run around on her.

My money is on Dawn Marie and Charlie Haas (not married yet, but engaged). Holy crap, life DOES imitate art!

It's Ms. Jackie and Charlie Haas not Dawn Marie and Charlie Haas

He was referring to the recent love triangle angle on SD involving those three.

You know the old saying: for every hot chick, there's a guy who's tired of fucking her.

Actually I think the saying goes "someone, somewhere, is sick of her shit."

I think it was found in the states and they started ribbing her on the trip to Japan.

But either way, I don't see any connection between the two stories. Say it is Weber who's having an affair with a married wrestler, why would she ask for her release? Or why would they release her and then lie about it? Why bring Johnny Ace into the story with threats of taking the involved parties off the same brand when Weber is already out of the company? Doesn't make any sense.

In all seriousness, although I abhor infidelity in any relationship, I can understand a few of the reasons why the unnamed pair might've hooked up. Maybe the guy's wife at home was planning on leaving him for someone else anyway...we never know the whole story.

Yet it makes me kinda happy when I hear of wrestlers, musicians, truck drivers...anyone who has a job that keeps them away from home most of the week staying true to their families. But when cheating happens, I'm not surprised. I think one of the true tests of anyone is time (especially time alone)...and also unfortunately sometimes we don't make the right decisions in marriage...so time alone + people in bad relationships = disaster.

Point...Johnny Ace shouldn't have freaked over this. I'm sure there's a lot of this going on in the WWE; it's just that he caught the couple that fell for each other.

Jericho is married to a RICH HEIRESS who looks like she does and she is best friends with Trish Stratus. Jericho would stand to lose everything, and it compromises everything those around him know to be true about him as a person. That can be ruled out.

Stacy is dating Randy Orton. That's out as well.

How does Ace have the authority to tell a wrestler he has to stay with his wife? That's out of his realm.

I'm still waiting for an explanation for how it would hurt WWE, the sales of the magazine, or the "diva"'s marketability.  It doesn't make a damn bit of difference in those aspects.

If the wife in question doesn't know about the affair, and it does involve Christ Hemme and it gets made public because of the spread, then the wife could really do a number on WWE , by claiming they were promoting adultry, and were only interested in stopping the affair when they were scared it could give WWE bad publicity.

Part of the appeal of these spreads is fantasizing about being with the women in question. If you know that the woman in question is getting fucked by a wrestler you see on TV every week, it kills the fantasy. Sure, most of the women in Playboy that get fantasized over are being fucked anyway, but most of them are not being fucked by people we see on TV every week.

Thing is, WOULD it actually hurt?

Would this being made public hurt the WWE whatsoever?

People assume the WWE is sleazy anyway.

Exactly. And a "diva" being portrayed as "easier" is seen as more obtainable anyway.

Everybody knows who Carmella is boning, but WWE was going to let her win the contest until she was getting too bitchy for even them to handle.

Hell, look at how WWE tends to divide up how the Divas are heels/faces. If you're a "prude," you're a heel.

"gets made public because of the spread"

What are you talking about? Why would it be "made public because of the spread?" It's not as if WWE would openly promote this "story."

I always wondered --- given her acting talent, can Torrie actually sell an orgasm?

She convincingly sells the urge to vomit...

Of course, she's had lots of practice.

OUCH! That's the worst low blow I've seen in a long time.

Loss, couldn't Ace get involved if the affair becomming public could spell any amount of doom for the WWE in any way?

Black Lushus-doesn't know exactly what Johnny Ace does for the WWE...

"Talent Relations."

So basically, I believe that's the HR department that strictly deals with "Superstars."

Getting involved is one thing, telling a wrestler he can not leave his wife is another. Now if he was just giving advice to the wrestler about not leaving his wife and the story got changed to what it currently is, I understand completely. But this shit is farcical.

He could say it, and yeah, I understand why he did, but since we do live in a democracy, I don't think he can legally force a wrestler to stay married to his wife. He can just make his life Hell if he doesn't.

:)

Ace is in charge of talent relations, which includes keeping a watch on wrestler health and morale, booking house show finishes, scouting indy talent and drawing up contracts for incoming wrestlers.

So, would Ace have prevented Triple H having an affair with Stephanie Mcmahon when he was with Chyna? This whole thing sounds ridiculous..........

With that said I want it to be Triple H just for the drama

I kind of liked the Kurt Angle rumour too. It will turn out to be Maven :P

Actually, Vince stepped in on that one and told HHH and Stephanie they weren't allowed to see each other. They continued seeing each other behind his back.

HHH would change the face of wrestling, but HHH wouldn't go to Vince and complain about it.

I forgot about that. I remember the interview on OTR where Trips mentioned this. The funny thing was that he really talked about what the implications would be if things with Stephanie didn't work out. That Triple H always thinking of others ;)

You know, I bet Triple H will probably face this kind of problem. We see women always go after the big dogs with accusations. What better target than Triple H? That alone may have Triple H behaving and not cheating on Stephanie in this marriage. Then again, he did make that famous quote at KOR '98  , so who knows? Tempatations!
