Perhaps. But that doesn't mean I would be happy if FN swept the awards as Aviator or LotR did. Such a thing truly means overhyped, no matter the movie. On the opposite side of the coin, its annoying to see something nominated for so many categories - PotC comes to mind because of all the noms it got last year; effects, music, and the like - and not win a thing. One might include Depp for Actor in that, but not necessarily, as I was mostly referencing the movie as a whole.

 

Either way, I already told myself that, if Foxx wins for Best Actor tonight, I'm going out tomorrow and renting the fucking thing to see what all the goddamned hype is about.
