UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 20 hour drive from Jersey w/ 10 friends in 3 cars. Discuss and give me some ideas of insane things to do. Besides the usual bars and beach and clubs n shit. 1) I think I'm gonna get another tattoo. 2) I wanna see Club La Vela, the place that WCW had those "Spring Breakout" (and the final) Nitros. 3) We're gonna smoke up in every state on the way there. Yeah, so if anyone's been there for SB before lemme know whats up, how much money to bring (I'm bringing like $350...too much/little?), any interesting points. Thanks.
Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 here's to a massive car crash, taking out...let's say 3 cars?
Open the Muggy Gate Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 here's to a massive car crash, taking out...let's say 3 cars? I call 10 cars and a national news story.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 3, 2005 Author Report Posted March 3, 2005 Alright, guess I could see that coming in this forum. Now gimme some real answers.
Guest BrokenWings Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 I hope this ends like the intro to Super Troopers.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Panama City is such a shithole. I'd say come to Miami instead, but I wouldn't want you within 20 miles of me.
Stephen Joseph Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Panama City is such a shithole. I'd say come to Miami instead, but I wouldn't want you within 20 miles of me. Yeah, Panama City is kinda ehhh... It'll be quite packed, so keep a 20 around for the bouncer (and know how to slip it to him), some alcohol/chronic for the girls. Oh, and they're loose as a goose as well, so like, wrap it up. If you don't get play, well, you just suck.
Stephen Joseph Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Oh, and GGW cameras are good things to be around...but try and not drink so much that you do not remember it.
Art Sandusky Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 A reason I'll never go on some Spring Break trip to a party city is that I know I'd be the one guy in the whole city who managed to not get any.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Worst place in florida. Seeing as how it's a massive drunk (OVERPRICED) crowd, with dumb girls as far as the eye can see, you'll love it. How long are you staying? Unless you're going BYOB, 350 isn't going to be nearly enough to party on, unless you're talking like 4 days.
Sideburnious Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Pick some fights with a couple of cops :awaits jail-sentence: I dunno, have a big scavenger hunt between the 3 cars on the way down.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 I hope some overzealous cops pull USTU over and beat him down with their clubs for looking gay.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Fuck that, I'll even take fratboys over cops. Barely
Open the Muggy Gate Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 Club La Vela is ok. Nothing really special.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted March 3, 2005 Report Posted March 3, 2005 You guys could've spent about the same amount of money, gone to mexico, and really raised hell, by the way.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 3, 2005 Author Report Posted March 3, 2005 Airfare to Mexico is roughly 500 dollarsa ticket booked Dec-Jan from Jersey/Philly. We're getting 8 days, 7 night hotel (Days Inn, waterfall pool, hot tob, etc.), plus this pass booklet for $50 with maps and "feee beer" times n such, for $333.50. So I think we got a good deal. Factor in round trip gas will cost each person approx. $40. 373.50 Hotel + Travel Vs. 500.00 Travel for Mexico. And we WENT to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in 2003, actually. Great time. 10 of us. Well I'm bringing $350.00 for 7 days. I think it'll be enough. We're bringing lots of booze with us to begin with, plus a lot of the clubs have "no cover" times due to those 50.00 packets we bought.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted March 3, 2005 Author Report Posted March 3, 2005 Oh yeah...checkin' the weather it appears it starts out around 65 degrees when we get there. I know its Northern Florida, but shouldn't the place be a LITTLE warmer? Just a rainy day perhaps?
Giuseppe Zangara Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Lotta old people down southern Florida.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Only mostly along the southwest and up in Boca/Vero Beach.
Modern Man's Hustle Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 The Costanzas are back in Del Boca Vista!
The Czech Republic Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 ok fuck you Incandenza because when I opened the page that guy's junk was front and center.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Alright, guess I could see that coming in this forum. Now gimme some real answers. Fuck, some guys?
The Man in Blak Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Whatever you do, please don't forget to come back here and post about it.
the max Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Only mostly along the southwest and up in Boca/Vero Beach. Yep. Whatever you do, stay away from SW Florida this time of the year. Not only is it Spring Training for two teams in Ft. Myers, but the amount of tourists coming to see the hot springs in North Port, the sights in Sanibel, etc.etc. has made traffic an impossibility. Bonita Springs was all but shut down last night during rush hour, as it took me a full two-and-a-half hours to get from North Naples to Fort Myers, a drive that will normally take forty minutes tops. Fucking tourists.
Guest Vitamin X Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 That's what it's like trying to get across the city of Miami going west at rush hour. Usually it takes about 30 minutes tops. This is a severely overcrowded town for how much space there is.
Guest cosbywasmurdered Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Is he gone? Ban him. Spiff for mod.
