Keira Knightley is not a draw in any way, shape, or form.

Unless she's with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom.

;)

In which case Johnny Depp is the draw.

That says enough

Eh, mothers and their kids probably made up most of "The Pacifier" audience.

I still want to see it, though. ;) Not before Be Cool.

Be Cool is going to BOMB.

Vin Diesel's movie will be #1 even though it looked like it was really stupid.

Yay! I got one right!

Be Cool hardly tanked, but with all the promotion it got, it should have easily been #1 over the Pacifier, which, aside from the Super Bowl commercial, I only saw one other promo for it.

Why?

It looks terrible, reviews have been terrible and the whole 'big action star deals with bratty kids' plot has been done to death.

Didn't you put "Raise Your Voice" as one of your top movies of the year. You are NOT QUALIFIED to dish out movie advice.

Truth.

Eh, Vin Diesel films are a guilty pleasure of mine.

The Pacifier got a great write up around here, from a critic known to be a total douche and go back and change his star ratings based on the success of the movie. I got the DVD of that and The Jacket yesterday so I'll see it in the next few days. God Bless flea markets.

Yea- I watched it last night and I stand by that- despite the not so good direction by McNamara.

I just wanted to know why someone wanted to see the Pacifier. At least Raise Your Voice got a good write-up in the NY Times. :)

Barron's just an unrepentant Hillary Duff mark. Which is something that he damn well SHOULD be repentant for.

You know what this means, don't you? Vin Diesel's career is still very much alive. The success of this film means that Hollywood studios will greenlight at least 3 or 4 new Diesel projects.

But hey, as long as one of them is another Pitch Black movie, I'll be happy.

Diesel's career was going south so this movie was definetley a career saver for him. I can't believe the movie did that well- especially with Robots coming out next week.

And I swear- Raise Your Voice was a legit good movie
