I couldn't move my arms!!

Recommended Posts

Guest Stunt Granny

Last night around 5 am I wake up from a deep slumber feeling like someones arm was on me face. I then realized that it was my own fucking arm completly paralyzed and numb, I couldn't move my other one either. Apparently I fell asleep in such an akward position I cut the circulation to my arms for hours and they became teporarly paralyzed. It was kinda cool, but does this happen to anyone else or am I about to die?

For about two months straight, my right arm went dead every single night, because I lay down it. I seemed to have stopped doing it now, but I'm still alive regardless...

Wow, I just woke up from a nap and my entire right arm was numb and asleep. Go figure.

I did that once (had both arms fall asleep). Only problem was, the alarm went off, and all I could do was knock the alarm to the floor until I could move 1 of my arms to turn it off. The alarm was buzzing for a good 30 seconds.

Never had both arms, but yeah, I cut the circulation to one of my arms almost every night, probably because I tend to sleep with one of my arms under my pillow for some reason. It's numb at first but then the blood rushes back and it's fine...

something similar happened to me. i had the alarm on the other side of the room (to keep from just hitting the snooze bar and rolling over, so that i'd have to GET UP to turn it off), it woke me up, i bolted right out of bed. except both of my legs were completely numb, so they promptly buckled under my weight and i fell flat on my face, 3 feet from the alarm.

I woke up one morning after sleeping on my right arm the entire night, and in my attempts to move it, ended with slapping myself quite hard across my face.

Good times.

Once I was sitting indian style on the floor playing ninendo for so long that my foot went completely numb and I couldn't walk on it for a good 20 minutes

A few days ago, I woke up and found my entire body paralysed. I couldn't open my eyes or talk. Luckily, I was able to fall back asleep and woke completely soon after.

I really never noticed just how often my arms really get like this until I read this thread. It's just one of those things, ya know.

If that is you in the pic in your sig, you like you are related to Peyton and Eli Manning.

Take that anyway you'd like.

I assumed this was going to be another thread about making fun of Terry Schiavo.
