Someone to buy Wrestlecrap?

Jake the Snake's "promo" is funny, creepy, and sad, all at once. Especially the first sentence which is just "murmulgurbin everschupten brinim tush cashino grambeligns"

It must suck being that guy who bought ALL the other domains of Wrestlecrap.

/almost won the auction for them

//guy paid $90 for them all, got $5 in auction

///nothing like losing $85 to protect a website from a fucking April Fool's joke

I just dont get why we should bid on this guy's auction just to pay him back for being a jackass and falling for the prank. Even I thought RD was for real about being bought out, I wasn't about to go buy Wrestlecrap.tv, .name, or .org just so he could keep his website. I was even getting mildly excited about a buy out, because it would've possibly meant a return of the full Wrestlecrap archives.

Fuck you and your lame April Fool's Day jokes RD.

$90 on some Internet domains or $200 on Katie Vick's cheerleading outfit... what's better value for money?

Cheers.

I was ready and willing to put down a bid on Katie Vick, IF the manaquin (sp?) was included. That would've been one hell of a conversation piece.

To be quite frank, I really have no idea why RD doesn't put the full archives up again.

I found Wrestlecrap, in late 2000, and then in late July of 2001 it closed up. RD updated it on 9/11, telling us to never forget what happened. Then later in December he thought he would give us Mae Young and a few other presents. Then he started with the news letter, and then he started the site we see today.

With two successful books, surely he would have SOME money now to put the site back up.

Of course, I have no idea how much webspace costs a month, so I'm sure their's a good explaination for his actions.

Eh, I think the site is just fine as it is. Why should he spend more money than necessary to keep everything up? He is always revolving and bringing out the classics on almost a weekly basis, so I don't really see the need for him to do so.
