Am I the only one here who really doesn't have that much of a desire to meet anyone else from the board? I mean, sure, if one of you lived in my area and I was reasonable sure that you weren't really some sort of psychotic who would sacrifice me in one of your pagan devil rituals, MAYBE.

 

But, I mean, I don't know if I'd go on a road trip for the specific purpose of meeting any of you.

I don't think he's doing it specifically to meet us. At least I hope not. Travel is good and I recommend it to everyone though. He can just save money by sleeping on our couches and eating our food. I hope he does write a book about it.

You really wouldn't want to come to Utah afterall, this is a complete black hole in the U.S., which ironically enough just news that this will be the fastest growing state in the next two decades. Pretty....odd IMO.

This is the one option for my savings over the next four months that would be of common interest, so I posted about it. The other two are moving out and getting a place downtown or (finally) buying an old Mustang and getting a deep purple paintjob done on it. I think the trip would end up being worth the most in the end, so it's still leading the other two.

The original plan of me being at UNC while the girl came to vet school at NC state didn't work out, so I had to pull some strings to return to the alma mater, although truth be told, I'd rather stay here in North Carolina. But you do what you've got to for love, right?

I have these, but they live here, so they wouldn't be of much use if I was in, say, California.

 

I don't have a clue where in Canada Tack lives, so I couldn't really state him as someone I'd see. The ones I mentioned are ones I know about. My metal tolerance is extremely high, I don't know why suckaz gots to keep trippin'.

Question for you, Kotz...of all the people who have said you could chill with them, and even those who haven't posted in this thread yet, who do YOU want to see?

I dunno. I obviously won't have time to stop and see everyone who I'd think was interesting. I'm just seeing who would be interested first before I whittle down the list. I've got probably five or six definates that I KNOW I'll have to see. Inc, IDRM (fortunately both in the same area, roughly), AoO, Piss, VX, Zack, and Dames himself. The Canadian part of the idea will have to be put on hold until I can confirm I'd be able to go that far. This trip might end up being longer than a month if I've got the money for it. If I were to make the trek up to Canada, then I'd want to see CWM, CC, Banky, LOTC, and Treble. I'd also want to meet Kahran just to see if the guy is really that neutral and chill in real life. Banky would be interesting just to see what's behind the person who tries to be mysterious and "work the board" or whatever. I'm probably not cool enough to hang with the SNKT crew, otherwise I'd definitely want to meet CJ and MiB and HungryJack.
