Need help on Simon Dean's "New finishing move"

If anyone has some info on this move, I'd be very happy...Is this move used by anyone other than him and under which names ?

Ghanarhea is pronounced the same way as the.. STD (sexually transmitted disease) Ghonerhea?.. that's how it's pronounced.

 

Here is a quick little clip I put together of Jimmy Rave doing the move, and from the description is seems this is Simon Dean's move in question.
