Special K Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 HEINEKIN! FUCK THAT SHIT! PABST BLUE RIBBON Also: Dilandau, Vision of Escaflowne
Gary Floyd Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Robert Deniro as Travis Bickle, hands down. Also, Hopper as Booth was awesome, as was his turn in Apocalypse Now: "What are they gonna say about him? What are they gonna say? That he was a kind man? That he was a wise man? That he had plans? That he had wisdom? Bullshit man!"
Toshiaki Koala Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Clarence Boddicker. Too much greatness to even begin listing it.
Guest guerillagenius Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Bruce Campbell as Ash. Bruce Willis as John McClain.
Guest netslob Posted June 9, 2005 Report Posted June 9, 2005 Hannibal Lecter Tyler Durden Willie from 'Bad Santa'
Nighthawk Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 If we're mentioning great Dennis Hopper characters, I have to give it up to Lefty from TCM 2. God, that movie is awesome. The only reason I like it less than TCM is you can't appreciate it without TCM, and of course, TCM was first. I'm mentioning the entire chainsaw clan. Leatherface is iconic and untouchable. Having said that, Choptop is the best.
Nighthawk Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 I want to see Tony Soprano vs Vic Mackey. But Sopranos sucks now.
Just John Posted June 10, 2005 Report Posted June 10, 2005 Clarence Boddicker. Too much greatness to even begin listing it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> "Bitches leave." On the subject of great Dennis Hopper characters, I loved him in Speed. "If I drop this stick, they pick your friend up with a sponge. Are you ready to die, friend?" "Yeah, I wish I had some loftier purpose, but in the end, it's just the money I'm afraid." And I also nominate Danny Kaffee from "A Few Good Men" and Sgt. Hartman from "Full Metal Jacket."
Ravenbomb Posted June 11, 2005 Report Posted June 11, 2005 Travis Bickle Juror #4 John Locke Sanjuro the Bodyguard
Guest Joshua A. Norton Posted June 11, 2005 Report Posted June 11, 2005 Seconded. "You take sugar?" "No thank you, Turkish; I'm sweet enough."
