Conspiracy_Victim Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 Hopefully she'll be back to being a redhead. Blonde Donna is still a bad idea.
Mr. S£im Citrus Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 Cool; always liked Prepon... Hell, I'm still annoyed that they canceled October Road. I blame Stacy Keibler.
KingPK Posted January 17, 2009 Report Posted January 17, 2009 So I'm guessing Prepon will be the girl Barney starts to hang around with to try and get over Robin because it's kinda late in the season to slap Ted with a love interest.
foleyfanforever88 Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 Nice use of Alyson's baby bump.
KingPK Posted February 3, 2009 Report Posted February 3, 2009 http://www.barneysvideoresume.com/ Be sure to view it in Awesome Resolution. http://www.mysteriousdrx.com/
KingPK Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 So did last night's episode air at all or did Barak's yakking on for an hour knock it back a week?
Conspiracy_Victim Posted February 10, 2009 Report Posted February 10, 2009 So did last night's episode air at all or did Barak's yakking on for an hour knock it back a week? It was scheduled to be a repeat anyway, so if it did show you didn't miss much.
bob_barron Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 We should change the subtitle for this thread, it's really terrible.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 We should change the subtitle for this thread, it's really terrible. How I Met Your Mother The Legen..........dary thread?
heat Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 How I Met Your Mother The Legen..........dary thread? "It's legendary.......dary" imo.
DrVenkman PhD Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 We should change the subtitle for this thread, it's really terrible. On that same subject, it's clearly not too early to be discussing Season 7 of 24. "It's legendary.......dary" imo. Ah yes, Will Forte's excellent guest appearance.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 "Shooting truth bullets at you from an undisclosed location." Ha.
LaParkaMarka Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 I managed to watch all the way through the series over the past month or so. This is a pretty good show. Pretentious College Ted just kills me, with the bad hair and the 'spectacles'. I think my favorite parts of the show are when Ted is being mocked...in season 1 the dude was horrible. Anyone remember the Rain Dance? Terrible. Anyways, looking forward to the rest of this season. I'm kind of hoping the show bows out gracefully next season though...with this concept it can really only last so long.
MDH257 Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 Hopefully she'll be back to being a redhead. Blonde Donna is still a bad idea. There was a picture from the set in Entertainment Weekly, she's blonde.

HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted February 24, 2009 Report Posted February 24, 2009 I'm hoping for at least 2 more seasons. This is my favorite tv show and my favorite set of characters. How can you not love Ted, Barney, Robin or Marshall? And Lilly is okay, too.

But, these two shows back to back provides an unrivaled hour of awesomeness.
foleyfanforever88 Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Child actors were way better in the 80s.
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 This is what you're actually like when you're in a relationship.
DrVenkman PhD Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Child actors were way better in the 80s. Followed what sounded like a Doogie music cue.
Steviekick Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Child actors were way better in the 80s. Followed what sounded like a Doogie music cue. I could have sworn I heard that.
jimmy no nose Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Is that the first run of this episode? I watched it online a couple weeks ago and thought I missed it when it aired.
Exslade ZX Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Is that the first run of this episode? I watched it online a couple weeks ago and thought I missed it when it aired. It is in the US, as far as I'm aware. Was supposed to show a few weeks ago, but Obama's speech ran over and they never showed it.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Tonight's ep was fucking AMAZING. NPH is and forever will be the motherfucking man.

The day of the speech (or perhaps even a bit before that), my guide removed the show from series record and said a rerun would be on (which aired in Canada on E! and on the west coast CBS stations).
Craig Th Posted March 3, 2009 Report Posted March 3, 2009 Plus the digital switch over fucked up sweeps. But there was no digital switch over, so it was a waste.
LaParkaMarka Posted March 10, 2009 Report Posted March 10, 2009 Did no one else watch this? I'm starting to enjoy how pathetic Ted is. Plus, more flashback Pretentious Ted! I'm not sure if I buy Donna as Pretentious New Girlfriend, but we'll see how it goes. Robin mumbling 70s hockey play-by-play in her sleep was kind of adorable.
Jebus Posted March 10, 2009 Report Posted March 10, 2009 Ultimate Warrior Marshall and Hacksaw Duggan Lily!
DrVenkman PhD Posted March 10, 2009 Report Posted March 10, 2009 That was awesome. I thought the episode was very good, and everything Barney did was comedy gold (the highlight being his stealth high five to Ted).
