Guest TJH Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 Guys, It's been a long and winding road, and it has been a lot of fun, but as of today, I shall no longer be posting here. The reasons for this are long and complex, but as an IWC veteran, I just feel that things are not what they used to be, and after trying in vain to recapture the magic, it is time to move on. All my friends here, you know who you are, it's been a pleasure chatting with you on here over the years. Wishing you all long and happy lives, TJH.
The Czech Republic Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 Guys, It's been a long and winding road, DUN-DUNNNN, DUN-DUNNNNN!!! damn you Phil Spector k bye
The Czech Republic Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 I'm guessing my above post is a shining example of what facilitated this poster's departure, isn't it.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 Yes, it is. But it's also a shining example of what keeps me here, girlfriend. Also, this guy hasn't even posted since April. Fuck, him.

Carnival Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 i've never seen this man.....but i will miss him. why?
Black Lushus Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 I don't think I've ever seen this guy before...and honestly, who tells a messageboard goodbye?
Hoff Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 This is like when the secretary in the mail room retires and goes around hugging everyone in the office, tearing up the whole time. It just leaves the office confused, and slightly annoyed.
LaParkaYourCar Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 714 posts since Feb. 2002? Either he's a victim of the Post Count Vortex (like me...I really have like 10,000+ posts), he's a member of the SWF and only posted there, or he's the least active "veteran" I've ever seen. Or I guess he could have had more than one name.
Hoff Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 I don't remember him from the big yellow board, or even before that. Guess he could have been a big player on Delphi, but I doubt it somehow. Anyway, TJH...here's to ya.
Adam Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 He's a Melbourne supporter. He won't be missed.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 You'll be back. You can take the poster out of TSM, but you can never take TSM out of the poster. I just feel that things are not what they used to be, and after trying in vain to recapture the magic, it is time to move on. You think this is bad; wait until you get married.
The Man in Blak Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 *** Mentions of the IWC and "recapturing the magic"? Looks like a Perfectly Acceptable Message Board Goodbye to me. (And I should know.)
Golgo 13 Posted November 30, 2005 Report Posted November 30, 2005 I think he was once known as The Australian, but I'm not entirely sure. So long, dirtbag.
Team Angle Pusher Posted December 1, 2005 Report Posted December 1, 2005 Dude I have more posts then you and I haven't been here since Feb 2002. If you tried to recapture the magic, why didn't I ever see you here. I guess goodbye.... This is like saying goodbye to Sylvain Grenier if he would leave the WWE, who gives a shit.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 This is like saying goodbye to Sylvain Grenier if he would leave the WWE, who gives a shit. How dare you.

BUTT Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 Guys, It's been a long and winding road, DUN-DUNNNN, DUN-DUNNNNN!!! damn you Phil Spector k bye Spector's production is what made that song great. I've never heard the "naked" version, but I'm just going to imagine that it's not as good.
The Czech Republic Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 (edited) Guys, It's been a long and winding road, DUN-DUNNNN, DUN-DUNNNNN!!! damn you Phil Spector k bye Spector's production is what made that song great. I've never heard the "naked" version, but I'm just going to imagine that it's not as good. Well, you're wrong! It's much better. Phil's version is ridiculously bombastic. Save the Wall Of Sound for girl groups. The way Paul intended it is better, much more personal. Edited December 2, 2005 by The Czech Republic
BruiserKC Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 I wonder if this is anything like Terry Funk's retirements...maybe he's retired from here 50 times before only to come back?
swan Posted December 2, 2005 Report Posted December 2, 2005 714 posts since Feb. 2002? or he's the least active "veteran" I've ever seen. Or I guess he could have had more than one name. Or maybe he has a life.
Twisted Intestine Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 714 posts since Feb. 2002? or he's the least active "veteran" I've ever seen. Or I guess he could have had more than one name. Or maybe he has a life. If I had a life I wouldn't try to leave a dramatic good bye to a message board, I'd just not sign on, and maybe check it out every few months to see what's up. That could just be me though.
Cran Da Maniac Posted December 3, 2005 Report Posted December 3, 2005 It's been 4 days since he left us. How's everybody handling it? I think I speak for everybody when I say I have a big TJH hole in my heart
