First Show:

- Jeff Jarrett came out, wanting to know what was going on with Sting. He didn't get any answers.

- Samoa Joe defeated Jay Lethal.

- Alex Shelley defeated Matt Bentley. Shannon Moore was watching the match.

- Rhino defeated Joe Doering. Rhino then got on the mic and said he would be going through everyone on Team Canada until he got his hands on Scott D'Amore.

- Team 3D defeated David Young & Elix Skipper. Former WWE referee Earl Hebner came out and watched the match.

- Jeff Jarrett, America's Most Wanted, Gail Kim, Team Canada and Abyss, came out to the ring. Jarrett was making sure they were all on the same team, and talked about taking out Team 3D, Christian, and Rhino. The lights went out, and the Sting symbols appeared on the screens again. The lights came on and Team 3D, Christian and Rhino appeared on the ramp, and came to the ring to run off the heels.

Second Show:

- Matt Bentley, with Traci, came out dressed as Santa Claus. They brought Christian down to the ring, and "Santa" presented him with a bunch of gifts including glasses and white pants like Jeff Jarrett wears, a wig, and Jarrett T-Shirt, so he could "look more like a champion", leading to them putting down Jarrett by saying that "isn't what a champion looks like". Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown came out for a brief brawl, but Christian escaped, and Sting's logo appeared on the screens again.

- Christopher Daniels defeated Eric Young. Alex Shelley came to ringside and videotaped the match. Shannon Moore watched the match from the top of the heel ramp.

- Abyss defeated Chris Sabin with the Black Hole Slam. Earl Hebner came out and observed this match.

- Ron Killings defeated Kenny King. After the match, Bob Armstrong came out on the ramp, but Ron Killings said he was "done" with the situation and had "nothing to say".

- Christian defeated Chris Harris with the Unprettier. Jeff Jarrett and Monty Brown attacked Christian, giving him the Pounce and the Stroke on the title belt.

Third Show:

- Rhino defeated A-1 with the Gore. Abyss attacked Rhino after the match as Rhino was going after Scott D'Amore and gave Rhino a chokeslam and a Black Hole Slam.

- James Storm defeated AJ Styles with a superkick. Styles had been trying to give Gail Kim the Styles Clash when Storm hit Styles with a beer bottle, setting up the finish. Christopher Daniels and Larry Zbyszko came out to check on Styles, and Zbyszko announced that the "first match of 2005" would be America's Most Wanted vs. AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels. America's Most Wanted came out to attack Daniels & Styles, but Christian came out to make the save.

- Monty Brown & Jeff Jarrett defeated Kenny King & Shark Boy. Jackie Gayda came out before the match started, but she was taken to the back by security. The lights went out after the match, and the Sting symbol appeared on the screens again.

- Samoa Joe defeated Roderick Strong. Shannon Moore and Earl Hebner were watching this match from separate parts of the building.

New Year's Eve Match:

- They announced that Sting was indeed the newest acquisition by TNA. Christian announced that the main event of the Final Resolution Pay-per-view would be Sting & Christian vs. Monty Brown & Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett came out, then Brown, which was followed by Rhino, then America's Most Wanted, then Team 3D, with the babyfaces running off the heels.

- In what will be promoted as the "first match of 2006" America's Most Wanted defeated AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels after Shannon Moore came to the ring and gave Styles a neckbreaker off the ropes following a ref bump, allowing Storm to pin him.

After the taping ended, Christopher Daniels defeated Chris Harris in a singles match with the Angel's Wings to send the crowd home happy.

Okay, I just can't understand TNA's booking sometimes. With all the allies that Jeff Jarrett has, why in the name of GOD would they align him with Monty Brown for a Pay Per View main event? Sometimes it seems like TNA just draws matches out of a hat. Earl Hebner and Shannon Moore just randomly watch about 4 matches with guys how have nothing to do with either of them? Why would Earl Hebner be watching an Abyss match?

Another thing, we go a full 3 weeks here with no major fallout from the 4LK incident? No Kip James.. no BJ James.. no Konnan.. all we get is a Bob Armstrong appearance? I just dont understand. We waited months and months and months for this breakup to happen, and they are going to let it lose steam before the capitalize on it.

I love TNA, but it's aggravating when they do this half assed booking during a taping because then I have to put up with it for almost a full month. What are your thoughts?

One good thing to come out of this.. STING! :-D

Geez, that looks like four weeks of spinning their wheels without having anything big happening. Why should I give a fuck about Earl Hebner watching matches for three straight weeks?

Agreed. It makes it even worse that it comes at a time when they were building so much momentum. They absolutely HAVE to get the belt of Jeff Jarrett, but they fail to realize that. Now they're doing nothing for 3 weeks straight to build to a PPV where the World title isn't even being defended.

Maybe they're thinking that it's the holidays so maybe people won't watch anyways, hence nothing really happening.

Glad to see Shannon back, saw that he has a new look from some pics a few weeks back.

They're teasing, of all fucking people, SHANNON MOORE and EARL HEBNER for three straight weeks with no payoff. If you're going to invest the time into the angle, this better (A) lead to a great angle, and/or (B) lead to a big match. It will do neither, and I'm pissed that people are going to invest their time to see a product that will fail to get better in the coming future.

They've been treading water on Impact since it began. They have to realize that to build to a profitable pay-per-view (something that they have to do because they're not making money from television), you have to do something of consequence on television. The same thing goes with their pay-per-views. At least with the WWE, you will likely get the blowoff on PPV if you're willing to pay - with TNA, there's no guarantee of anything happening on any given week, whether it's free or costs thirty bucks. It doesn't look like Rhyno will even be sent down to the mid-card for a bit, either; Jarrett willl just cycle through all of the faces until it's time for guys to come up again.

Ridiculous no storyline build on the 4LK thing. Maybe they'll add in some promos or something. I guess this Earl Hebner and Shannon Moore thing is leading to the WWE invasion.

That's exactly what I was thinking, but what kind of WWE invasion is Shannon Moore, Hebner and Jackie Gayda? They might throw in some guys like Haas, who is likely to come and maybe they'll pick up the former Billy Kidman, Jindrak, trying to think of others from the cut... the most exciting guys (Christian, Team 3D) that would mean anything are already "Hardcore TNA", unless they pull a page from WWE's invasion and have guys that have already been with the company a few years invade...

TNA is DOA

So they died 3 years ago?

They've had 6 months to live every month for the past 3 years. People will keep doing it because eventually, they might be right and they can get a little ego boost from being the second coming of Nostradamus.

WONewsletter stated that Dixie feels Jeff Jarrett is not over with Orlando cause they have seen him for so long, but all the "new viewers" on Spike have only seen him for 2 months so he's not stale.

Humm.

Looks like we're going to get a few pretty good matches in the next three weeks.

As for the 4 Like Kru problem? Expect some backstage stuff to happen.

They normally film a bunch of stuff and don't show it to the live crowd because they want their ratings to go up and because it would just make the show extremely drawn out.

All of the backstage stuff including meetings, vingettes, interviews, pep talks, confrontations are filmed during or after the show, but are never released during the tapings. This WILL be on the show. I don't think TNA is that stupid to not have them.

As for the run-ins? I think they may have overdone it, but they need to. Why? Because if people watch one week and Christian isn't on their. They're not going to be happy campers.

Not to mention, it's hard for TNA, because they do only have an hour. If TNA had 2 hours, I read someplace that they would increase the "big" match times on T.V. and add more angle advancement. Not neccessarily more matches.

Take Impact last week for example. With two hours, that whole 4 Live Kru thing would of been extended. Cause it was WAY too short, regardless if you hate them or like them.

The Naturals & Jeff Hardy v. Jeff Jarrett & America's Most Wanted probably would of been extended to about 15 minutes.

So yeah, I think TNA is on the right track. They just won't be on the perfect track until they get two hours. Maybe they should aim for Saturday Morning at like.. 10-12 or 11-1. It's not a great time-slot, but it would probably bring up ratings a little bit because A) They're would NOT be as many people working and B) It's not on a weekend night when people are going to get drunk, party, and chill.

makes sense. I still think he needs to take a break though, cuz the crowd reacting to him like that, makes him look really bad on TV.

....observed this match...

TNA theme of the month.

I was going to point this out too. During the internet era, when they doing 4 shows at once, they would film the promos on Monday and then not show them turning the taping to not hold the crowd there for so long they become restless. In just about every taping from the time they went of FSN until the time they got on Spike, there were things in the tapings that went unexplained, leading to people bitching here (for instance, the show after Slammiversary, the spoilers showed no follow-up to Sean Waltman costing AJ Styles the World Title, but when the show aired that week, AJ and Sean had an intense blow-up backstage that step up a match betweeen them at the next PPV). So considering this was an extended taping, I wouldn't be surprised if a similar situation here...especially given who's involved. A good portion of the story has been told through backstage promos.

No mention of Raven on either of the tapings?

Guess he'll have some sort of segment or something?

Ugh, these spoilers sound pretty boring and bland. They really need to start turning the heat up in creative if they want to make a dent in those ratings. Its like they are content with a .8 so dont see the need to bother?!! It's just frustrating as the roster currently has so much potential, and effort is given towards ppvs and angles during the ppv and then it appears there is no follow up (although it might be just backstage segments done that the crowd hasnt seen yet). Whatever the case, the match listings are pretty weak overall and I was expecting much more, esp with the New Years deal and with Sting. So the midnight match on New Years is AMW v. AJ/Daniels? Did they really even do a segment to build a friendship with Daniels and AJ? This is the kind of stuff I'm talking about.

The Jarrett shit on the show sounds awful as well. I'm not feeling this back and forth shit with Brown and Jarrett when its clear this is not the direction they are going with in a feud with those two, so why continue to bother having Brown now go BACK and align with Jarrett? Its so counterproductive in the big scheme of things. Final Resolution main event sounds quite boring actually and should be promoted on a pimped out Impact special instead.

So is the old committee structure pretty much done or what, as this seems like its Jarrett definately has more hold of the booking again now sadly.

I'm kinda disappointed that I read these. If I just watched the shows and there was a week between each one, it wouldn't seem nearly as redundant.

So, TNA capitalize on the Styles/Joe match by having Styles lose to James Storm and Samoa Joe win more squash matches? They capitalize on the announcement of Sting by having more announcements/teasers of Sting?

Why is Monty Brown aligned with Jarrett again? Doesn't Brown want his title?

This week's show looks really good.

They're not going to try and hit HRs with the CHRISTMAS EVE and NEW YEAR'S EVE show as I doubt many people are going to be watching.

I don't think it is bad to have a couple of smaller names start a WWE invasion angle at first if that is what they are going for, but what is the purpose of Shannon Moore helping AMW in the 3rd show if that is the case? TNA should have opened up the first Impact after the PPV with Konnan in the ring cutting a promo about what he did to BG and Kip. Have him say something about how he was tired of having those fake ass wangstas in his crew or whatever and then have him say how he went to the hood to get some real life thugs to back him up. He could bring out Homicide then. Have him call out Killings too and says he respects him and wants him to stay in with him. Keep Killings undecided. You could then walk out BG and Kip and have them challenge for a match the next week. The next week have the match go down and have Killings help Konnan and Homicide win. This could transpire over a few weeks or 2, but it is a simple thing that should've been done from the first Impact after the ppv.

At this rate, nobody will be watching anyway in 2006.

Way to bring in new viewers, TNA! Can't miss these awesome jobber-filled squashes on Impact.

And nothing like the HUGE IMPACT of SHANNON MOORE in your big special to start of 2006. Let's bring Funaki in next!

I can't wait to see Vince McMahon buy TNA, hire Jeff Jarrett for a huge sum of money only to have him literally kiss his ass every week on TV, all the while having a threeway with Dixie Carter and his wife, Linda McMahon...with Maria masturbating in the corner.
