Do you check to see if all of your new co-workers are sex offenders?

That just seems weird to be randomly searching and be like "Hey I know that guy!"

In the area I live there are about 20 registered sex offenders. If you bothered to go to this website, you would see that you cannot search by name, only by location. There are dots on a map where sex offenders live. You click the dot the picture pops up. This is how I found his picture.

Actually you can look by name.

And sadly I did have a case of "hey I know that guy" while looking on the site and it's someone I've known for years.

Just looking at random mugshots is fun, so many of them look hilarious. The one guy that I know is pretty funny, he just looks annoyed to be there, like it was taken at his sister in law's wedding. I won't show it cause I'm actually not really convinced he did it.

eh, I won't go out of my way...right now there's a heated rivalry going on between my wife and her cousin...got pretty serious at one point i.e. me almost beating her boyfriend down in my front yard when he attempted to enter my home, for example...printing her mugshot and doing some funny things with it would be fun in a shits and giggles sorta way.

no, I wouldn't really do that, I'm above that sorta shit, but it'd be funny to at least see them.

unless you work somewhere that has children often present during the graveyard shift then let it be. The guy's already been tried by the courts and shit. Let him earn a living and move on with his life.

Here here!

There's a slight chance he could be trying to turn his life around. There was this story run about a convicted felon who had a good education before hand who was trying to find a job, and it took his story of desperation for some company to hire him as an office manager, he'd been through shit, lied his way to get into graduate school, and did everything he could do live a good life. And because of a mistake, granted a big one, it wasnt being let go. You gotta give someone a chance, at least one time for an honest effort

When I worked in the mall, this guy would frequently come to my store with his family and buy from me frequently.

One Sunday morning, I'm reading the paper, and his picture was in the "I'm a pervert" section of the classifieds.

I didn't see him in the mall anymore after that. This was quite a few years ago now.

I seen him in the grocery store last week. I didn't go talk to him because I figured I'd some how or another say something stupid like "How's the family?" or "How have you been?" or "How much of an age difference was there?"

Somewhere there's a pedophile board with the topic, "I work with an internet nerd."

Pedophile A: I work with a wrestling fan. What should I do?

Pedophile B, C, D: /all sorts of semi-sarcastic, not helpful responses.
