Not completely. I mean you have to look at what would happen if this were Bret's kid.

 

1.) Triple-H was just as much a part of the whole Montreal incident. Bret at the very least makes it so Triple-H is around a child that is not only not his, but of a man he does despise. That is if it doesn't end the marriage altogether.

 

2.) Vince's favorite superstar is now fighting with his daughter who he gave creative control to. The stress from each trying to win his favor while trying to keep the rest of the locker room from taking sides and making factions could end up giving Vince a heart-attack(not that he isn't at risk now having roided himself up beyond belief at one point).

 

3.) One day the company would be partially in the hands of a child that gets half its genes from Bret Hart. The thought alone would cause both Trips and Vince to go off the deep end.

 

4.) Although its the least likeliest of happening in this scenerio; Vince in an extreme rage disowns Steph leading to a very messy court battle that could literally rip the company up.
