Ripper 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2006 Arguably Nina was the real big villan of season one and she survived...two seasons more seasons in fact. Last night, they had Logan acting the way I would expect him to act. NOW it looked like character development. And seriously, Heller always tries to die for the good of america. It was expected. I wanted him to get out and shoot at the copter though and get gunned down. Thats how Heller was supposed to go out. I personally felt that Audry took the death a little too light at first, but then she reacted like I wanted her to. I liked her yelling for jack to shoot him. I loved this ep by the way. And I finally watched a preview this year(forgot to turn) and next week looks like I am going to love it.
the max 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2006 I personally felt that Audry took the death a little too light at first, but then she reacted like I wanted her to. I liked her yelling for jack to shoot him. That was my favorite line. Jack: I can't kill him (for whatever reason) Audrey: I'll do it. She was almost too eager to kill Henderson that it was comical. packwingfn 0 Report post Posted April 26, 2006 Im wondering if these new villains are somehow in league with the Crazy "show up at the last minute" villains from Season 2. I know it's a stretch, but they were in it for the Oil, and the President said this about securing Oil. Plus, they were European, and the flag on the car outside the plane... A long shot, but still, I never really liked how those villains just sort of showed up for 15 minutes in the last episode of Season 2, then were never heard from again. Let's just say, the villian from Season 2 is involved in 24: The Video Game. And he's not coming back. (trying not to spoil too much from the game.
BlackFlagg 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 it's Oz night on 24, the Nazi Prison Guard's in the bar with Chloe and Jack just knocked out Miguel Alvarez
Guest Fook Report post Posted May 2, 2006 Looks like the Crazy First Lady was OD'ing on her meds at the end there. We still don't know what happened with Aaron. I demand closure.
the max 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 Completely unbelievable episode tonight, but still fun nonetheless. Jack playing stealth by knocking out the air marshal and taking the passenger to baggage was well done. Chloe and her lack of social skills was amusing too. Next week looks to go completely beyond the realm of believability, but I'm too far gone to care now. I wonder what happened to Bierko. And Henderson. And Pierce. NYU 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 Martha: What's your first name, Agent? Agent: Justin, ma'am. Martha: Well Justin, you really don't have a personality now, do you? Between that and Chloe zapping the drunk, there was some good humor that worked tonight. Perhaps the scenes on the plane weren't exactly what you would call realistic, but they were definitely intriguing. And next week looks like it's going to be intense. Mik 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 I wonder what happened to Bierko. And Henderson. And Pierce. FUCK all that. Where the HELL is Behrooooooooooooz?? No one, NO ONE swings a meaner shovel. I loved tonight's episode - but that goes without saying. I always love 24. I've probably liked every episode ever made to this point.
RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 This defined transition episode, but it was fun nonetheless. Seeing Alvarez from Oz was great. Chloe with the taser was tremendously whacky. That woman don't fuck around. Jack on the plane was hilarious, if only for him being a totally exaggerated form of Jack Bauer.
Guest Fook Report post Posted May 2, 2006 When they said that Henderson's contact was the German guy and that the plane was headed to Frankfurt, my first thought was that it was going to be the German intelligence agent from earlier in the season.

packwingfn 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 Yeah, I had a big feeling that the german guy was going to be the intelliegence agent. but my girlfriend kind of hinted that it was probably the co-pilot so i kinda ignored it. No update on Audrey's condition too.
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 This defined transition episode, but it was fun nonetheless. Come on now. Jack Bauer HIJACKED A PLANE! How can that be a transition episode? I loved the idea that he could take out the air marshal without anyone knowing, and then it was super fun when he fucked with the steering to make the pilot let him out of the baggage hold. Basically, they take a concept that's just out of this world ludicrous, and make it look believable because Jack Bauer > the universe. I love this show. Oh, and the stuff with the President is a tremendous subplot. Usually, the White House stuff's kind of boring since it seems less important than whatever terrorist plot's about to destroy the United States, but this year it's really good, because the President is the villian and it's fascinating seeing him try to cover everything up. starvenger 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 Perhaps the scenes on the plane weren't exactly what you would call realistic, but they were definitely intriguing. And next week looks like it's going to be intense. The show is almost always in intruiging. What bothered me most about the airplane was the air marshal. Air marshals never sit in the window seat. In fact, they're supposed to be in a aisle seat at the back, so they have full view of the cockpit door. And they aren't allowed to sleep. So the fact that the marshal was Owe-You-Tee should've been noticed a lot quicker than it was. That being said, I had flashbacks to Commando when Jack KO'ed the air marshal. No one, NO ONE swings a meaner shovel. Westmoreland did a pretty decent job I thought. Damn, wrong show again.

That's what made me think he was the one with the recording. RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2006 It was a transition episode because it was a very small step from the previous episode. The last episode had Jack getting on a plane looking for the recording, and this episode had Jack finding the recording. Bill got taken into CTU, Chloe is still helping Jack, the Presidents wife is still keeping quiet but it going nuts, Novick is getting suspicious, Karen is helping Bill, Chloe, and Jack, The dirty rat is trying to get Karen fired - really, that was the biggest change in the episode. It wasn't an irrelevant show, but it was a show to get some things in place for later-on, rather than being an important piece in the puzzle. This was all hidden under the guise of Jack On A Plane. Don't get me wrong, transition episodes are necessary for the development of a serialized show, but when I was finished watching it I was like "Not a lot happened there", at least, relative to the rest of this season. RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2006 Chloe (at least, the actress that plays her) is going to be on Gilmore Girls sometime soon (next episode after tonights, which could be next week, but I never know with this show). It's gonna rock.

Urban Warfare 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2006 In five seasons of watching 24, I've never seen a more unrealistic moment than an aircraft landing on a freeway.
Guest Fook Report post Posted May 9, 2006 Damn you Miles. Everything was going so well too. I didn't think they'd actually have Logan off himself, but still. Good to hear Heller's alive. I wonder what Bierko is planning considering he's apparently got the driver of his prison vehicle working for him. Still gotta have that big Jack/Henderson showdown. WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO AARON PIERCE AND WAYNE PALMER?
the max 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2006 All this episode needed was karate and you could make it into "Transporter 3". Next week, I hope they do a brief Jack v. Miles interrogation. We've dealt with Miles for a while now, it's time for him to get his comeuppance. Jack v. Henderson III is going to be off the charts. I bet Aaron narrowly escapes death again next week. packwingfn 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2006 The previews for next week looked good. The thing that Henderson said about the People could hurt Jack....Anyone thing KIM BAUER or the CHINESE. Those are my 2 shocking names.

USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted May 9, 2006 I don't see Miles Papazian getting his "comeuppance" this season. Seems they are gearing towards Papazian becoming a bigger pain in the ass in future seasons, with the President being all "I won't forget this", which would presumably mean Papazian is promoted to a high ranking role and continually throwing a wrench in Jack's plans.
