The last time we saw Flair he got squashed by Umaga, right?

We gonna finally get Foley/Flair

I don't care if they're old beat-down and taking up spots for young guys (like Kenny, boy's fine main eventing a PPV)

I'll enjoy seeing this- the promos alone.

Im shocked that DX/SS isnt HIAC.

It's been a while since they used it; hence, they can't overuse it yet. Anyone else think the Elim. Chamber will be making a reappearence at SumSlam?

Who would be in it?

And I hope you mean for Raw. If it was tried for Smackdown they'd be using a third of the roster.

I'm trying to think of who would be in it from SD. Rey, Batista, Finley, Mark Henry, Booker T, and Lashley? There couldn't be much of an undercard if that match headlined.

Have the entire show be a qualifyer to enter the EC at the end of the night with Rey getting automatic entry.

Booker over Matt

Lashley over Regal

Finlay over Tatanka

Henry over Scott

Batista over Kahli (by DQ)

and throw in a CW for a buffer.

Well Entourage is a great show but how great can AD be when it gets cancelled? Hell even the king of HBO Sopranos has been dying a slow painful death the last couple seasons unfortunately.

Well, look at "The Book of Daniel." It got cancelled because the Christian "We're Always Right" took a collective shit over it. It's only the truly creative shows that get cancelled; because they're ahead of their time.

Rather than look at "We're all human, but Jesus still loves and forgives us," they all concentrated on "Gay! Gay! Gay! Gay!"

Ric Flair's theme is extra crappy tonight.

A match like this needs more than two weeks of buildup. Damn monkeys running this "Wrasslin" company...

What is so bad about WWE going back to things that were successful as opposed to the garbage you guys have complained about for the past few years? What really would make you happy?

It's bad because of how many people they have in their roster that have potential coming out of their asses, yet they rarely push them for long enough or hard enough because there are too many people that feel the need to watch their spot and gaurd themselves from those underneath them rather than open their eyes and see the big picture about what could be good for the company IN THE LONG RUN.

DX might be good for a while, but it's not exactly a long term solution to any problem. On the other hand, you have the Spirit Squad, of which at least two of them could easily be good enough to go out and jump into the mid-card and make an impact. Does it help that they are out there working main events and working with national-television experienced wrestlers? Definitely. But that gimmick could easily be done with three people (or even more - as there are guys in OVW or even backstage currently that could use the gimmick to hide some of their weaknesses).

There needs to be a better balance of experienced top guys doing what they need to do coupled with a midcard that can use their time there to develop themselves so that when those top guys retire, get injured, etc...they will be there to take over and won't be completely shit on. If HHH, HBK, and Cena just up and vanished tomorrow, you'd have a Raw with the top dogs being Edge, Orton, and maybe the Spirit Squad. Those three men are the entire FACE side of the upper-mid-card and main event scene .........and Cena consistently gets more boos than a face (former) World Champion should.

What would they do? Would they suddenly push Kane as a face again? Would Edge or Orton somehow turn? Those two (or three) choices are way ahead of what the WWE *should* do, and that is look at who the crowd reacts for and push them. I would say, short term, they would probably need to push Kane as a face, since the fans would easier buy that than Edge or Orton turning face again.

Vince's rosters are full of the following three things in great abundance:

1) worthless bodies

2) rookies with potential

3) experienced top guys

Sadly, it's a bell curve with big bell being all of the dead weight. Vince has the cashflow, the ability, and the oppurtunity to build the greatest wresting company in the world -- and yet he doesn't. He does shit like what we watch every week. For some fans, it's sad to watch what we used to enjoy fall apart. For others, it's force of habit. And for others, it's that they hold out hope that one day things will be different.

Is the internet to blame? A little, of course. But it's a few notches down the list from ego, insanity, and the constant repetition of the same stories that have the emotional depth of the Muppet Babies.

Paterno and Flair - neither know when its time to hang it up and call it a career.

Joe Pa, did just have a fantastic season and came close to winning the national title. Flair hasn't had a good year since 1994.

Joe Pa needed to retired about 5 years ago.
