IllustriousOne Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I recognize that communication between the mod staff and the posters of late has been pretty slack. We're adding two new moderators that'll hopefully help us start to bridge the gap. The lucky victims are: Alfdogg Agent of Oblivion Treat them with respect.
Art Sandusky Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Okay guys, you know what you must do. This is great news.
The Metal Maniac Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Agent's a mod again? Badass.
Guest Vitamin X Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I recently vocally supported both posters to mod-dom, the only one to support both in that thread. Coincidence? I think not.
tominator89 Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Do mods have a certain jurisdiction? For example, if there is a problem in the music folder do we have a "go to" mod or do we track down anyone who will listen? I see alkeiper covers sports, but aside from that I'm sort of lost.
IllustriousOne Posted September 2, 2006 Author Report Posted September 2, 2006 They all have the power to do everything the others do. If they want to take a specific folder as their "own" it's entirely up to them, and I'm sure they'll let you know.
Guest CWMwasmurdered Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Does this mean Alf won't say "we need more midwest mods" anymore? That's disappointing.
Guest Vitamin X Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I'm going to start confusing alfdogg and alkeiper together. Sports-oriented mods whose names start with "al" and all.
Slayer Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Finally, alf can be king of the GTG folder like he's always wanted (nobody tell him the bad news)
bob_barron Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Agreed on the alf/al confusion. Does this mean I can't make mean Reggie Miller jokes?
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I'm from indiana as well. Watch your ass, bobbo.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 This would be better than the blue "Moderator" thing.
Spaceman Spiff Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Does this mean Alf won't say "we need more midwest mods" anymore? That's disappointing. *I* was the one who came up w/ that. Alf swiped it.
Guest Princess Leena Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I'm going to start confusing alfdogg and alkeiper together. Sports-oriented mods whose names start with "al" and all. ALina next. Do it. Oh, and we need more west coast mods. Sass is dead. Nikki Matthews doesn't count because Canada's west coast is ghetto.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 I miss Sass. He was a good guy, and supported my mod campaign at one point.
Masked Man of Mystery Posted September 2, 2006 Report Posted September 2, 2006 Congrats to Alf and Agent
Black Lushus Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 good choices and nice to see Alf already getting to work the right way.
Guest Princess Leena Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 InuYasha has departed. Public enemy #1 still remains.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 I missed CronoT's exit? Aw, rats! Oh well, he'll be back.
Slayer Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 You'll never stop him. His cart-pushing gives him powers beyond mere mortal mods
Black Lushus Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 the neck beard is where all his power lies
Art Sandusky Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 Not what I was thinking, but Crono being gone again is almost as good. EDIT: I'm also happy with the NHB changes.
CheesalaIsGood Posted September 3, 2006 Report Posted September 3, 2006 I'm not sure what has happened but I am happy.
Adam Posted September 4, 2006 Report Posted September 4, 2006 Best thing to happen to this place in a year. Good job.
BUTT Posted September 5, 2006 Report Posted September 5, 2006 Why was Agent de-modded in the first place?
Giuseppe Zangara Posted September 5, 2006 Report Posted September 5, 2006 I think it was a combination of his inability to play well with others and certain associations he kept.
