JustJoe2k5 Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 That was pretty cheap, NFL won't let CBS show the game past 4:15?
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Ah shit, I missed the first touchdown!
snuffbox Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Startling development as Green Bay's secondary gets burned for a huge touchdown pass. Somebody's farm animals are gettin' fucked tonight.
Brett Favre Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Nugent missing 2 FGs and an extra point nearly cost us the game, but Chad Pennington went crazy in the final drive. 23-16 over the Titans, good start, especially the offense; surprised me a bit.
Vampiro69 Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Well the Cards already give up a TD on the season to Vernon Davis.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 STUPID interception there.
Zetterberg is God Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Once again, the Bills give me the hope that they can actually compete and win against top-tier teams and then they go and fuck it up. Three block in the back penalties is just idiotic. I hope they can bounce back against the Dolphins next week but I doubt it.
Damaramu Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Well the Cards already give up a TD on the season to Vernon Davis. Wasn't he everyones pick as Offensive rookie of the year? Everyone except Sean Salisbury. We know who he picked. I was the only Eagles fan in the bar. I was surrounded by Cowboy and Bronco's fans. It's like the Cowboys, Chiefs, and Broncos are the team of choice for Oklahomans with the Cowboys having the biggest(and most obnoxious) fan base. Weird that I haven't met any Texan fans despite the fact we're closer to there than Denver. Hmmm..... Anyway I really enjoyed the Eagles game and I'm looking forward to many more wins this season. Hopefully two of those wins will be against the Cowboys so I can shut up all the Cowboy fans I know. Vince Young looked good before the interception. Yeah he'll throw more but find me a QB that doesn't throw INTs and I'll sell you a map to Atlantis. If they bring him along slowly. Give him a couple of drives in each game then I think next year he'll be ready to start. I don't see this big 2-3 year project that everyone else does. He has a good football head. Some delusional Saints fan in a Bush jersey walked by and said to his friend "All the way to the Super Bowl baby! Our year!" and then they high fived. I didn't know barely beating the Browns made one Super Bowl bound.
Lt. Al Giardello Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Donte fuckin Stallworth is going to rip shit.

Well I watch it everyday but I haven't watched it today. Are you referring to the general Reggie Bush cocksucking that goes on or did they say something specific today? Salisbury was in a Saints jersey and a USC helmet...wasn't he?
Damaramu Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 And why are Bush's numbers a headline? If any other back in the league had those numbers it wouldn't be a headline. It'd be just another day at the office. With the way they suck him off he's supposed to have 300 total yards and 4 TDs.
snuffbox Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 The corpse of Ray Nitschke could play with more passion than some of these oafs.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 The corpse of Ray Nitschke could play with more passion than some of these oafs. No more talk about corpses and passion, please.
MrRant Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Especially if it involves Wisconsin.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 And why are Bush's numbers a headline? If any other back in the league had those numbers it wouldn't be a headline. It'd be just another day at the office. With the way they suck him off he's supposed to have 300 total yards and 4 TDs. Calm down. It's remarkable because it's his first pro game ever and there have been big questions about how he was going to do at an NFL level. He averaged 5 yards a carry and 8 a catch, and looks like he's going to find a good role in the Saints' offense.
Guest Princess Leena Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Once again, the Bills give me the hope that they can actually compete and win against top-tier teams and then they go and fuck it up. Three block in the back penalties is just idiotic. I hope they can bounce back against the Dolphins next week but I doubt it. There is no hope. It was only close because of a lucky defensive TD, and NE's running defense being weak. The Bills are looking at a 4-12 season.
UZI Suicide Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 The refs in this Cowboys-Jags game are smoking some good shit. Reggie Williams completely rapes Anthony Henry on a TD catch by grabbing his jersey and throwing him down - no call. Then Jason Witten barely pushes off (a push off that every WR in the league does on every play and never gets called) on a TD catch and it gets called.
razazteca Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 And now its time to complain about wasting so much $$$ on a kicker who isn't playing in the game.
snuffbox Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 Looks like Green Bay is content to be the junior varsity of the NFL.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 There's Favre's first interception of the game and it is time for a 14-year-old to get plowed up the ass.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 I wonder when the last time there were 2 shutouts on the same day...opening day even.. Google search says: November 20th last year. Thats a pretty interesting page on shutouts too. In the typical modern shutout, the final score is 26-0. Ravens won 27-0 and the Bears were winning 26-0. And for the Ravens fans out there..they started off the 2000 season with a 16-0 win on the road vs the Steelers en route to 4 shutouts and the Super Bowl that year..
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 There's Favre's first interception of the game and it is time for a 14-year-old to get plowed up the ass. And another.
snuffbox Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 The second interception wouldnt have happened had the interference been called.
Guest Felonies! Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 True. I'll downgrade it to groping.
Annabelle Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 i didn't get the bears game. too bad. watching the jags handle the cowboys. and i am enjoying it. drew bledsoe falls into the kerry collins category of having rare cases of brilliance that blinds people into thinking he's not one enormous fuck up after another. i'm really excited to see the raiders. part of me thinks they won't be as bad this year. that they may be a surprise. but of course, i tell myself that every year. except any year that kerry collins was their qb.
CanadianChris Posted September 10, 2006 Report Posted September 10, 2006 How long before Owens starts insinuating Bledsoe is gay? I give it two weeks after this performance.
