haVoc Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Lance Storm recently commented on the departure of Bret Hart’s son Dallas from his pro wrestling school. Storm stated that Dallas lacked the interest and the determination at this time to be involved with professional wrestling. Storm said that the younger Hart had enrolled in his Fall class, but missed several classes in his first two weeks and basically quit his training. Credit: Gerweck.net I figured Dallas would end up being part of Survivor Series this year.
DrVenkman PhD Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 From PWInsider: The person that wrestled in the costume at Tuesday's Smackdown taping was actually a female wrestler who has worked under the name Shantelle Taylor. WWE sent her out for her dark match against Jamie Noble dressed ambiguously. The idea is people aren't supposed to pick up that she is a woman. She is a Canadian who is under a developmental deal in Deep South.
DokDoyle Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Gangrel (David Heath) and the tag team Gymini (Mike and Todd Shane). WWE wishes all three talents the best in their future endeavors.

2GOLD Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Gangrel (David Heath) and the tag team Gymini (Mike and Todd Shane). WWE wishes all three talents the best in their future endeavors. They were still employed?
MrRant Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Shantelle Taylor Are we going to get a Casper the Friendly Ghost gimmick?
Corkscrew_Senton Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 An angle with an ambiguously dressed worker who beats opponents then later reveals to be a woman could be very good. And since Vince is so eat up with publicity, that's something that could potentially garner positive press. So, expect the idea to be canned and the woman to be repackaged as either Vince's on-screen lover or Random Bimbo No. 1506
EricMM Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Are we going to get a Casper the Friendly Ghost gimmick? I think thats supposed to be some sort of cat or dog...
DrVenkman PhD Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 I always thought it was a skull, but yeah, I guess it can be interpreted as a puppy in that picture. Neat.
Wyld Cannon Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 In the latest observer, Meltzer is talking about the Hardy/Nitro cage match from New Year's Revolution, and says Nitro gives Hardy a "backwards superplex" and lands on hisfeet to make the move look even more nasty. I can't figure out what the hell he is talking about. help?
foleyfanforever88 Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 WWE has come to terms on the release of Gangrel (David Heath) and the tag team Gymini (Mike and Todd Shane). We wish all three talents the best in all future endeavors. Tony Mamaluke, Doug Basham, and Al Snow have been released as well.
Black Lushus Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 oh wow, they finally pulled the plug on Al Snow?
EdwardKnoxII Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of Gangrel (David Heath) and the tag team Gymini (Mike and Todd Shane). WWE wishes all three talents the best in their future endeavors. They were still employed? Well, Gangrel had been wrestling in Deep South Wrestling. I've got alittle of it late Sunday night's and man did Gangrel get fat.
AmazingRen Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Is Doug the one going out with Gail Kim?
DrVenkman PhD Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 oh wow, they finally pulled the plug on Al Snow? Only from in-ring work, it seems. It says he is still a trainer. WWE releases Superstars World Wrestling Entertainment has come to terms on the release of the following talent. WWE wishes them all the best in their future endeavors. Sylvester Terkay A decorated Mixed Martial Arts fighter and three-time All-American, the man-bear Sylvester Terkay is the 1993 NCAA Division I National Heavyweight Champion. While in WWE, Terkay registered several notable victories. Jazz An ECW original, Jazz left her mark on the WWE’s Women’s Division. A former champion, her biggest win came at WrestleMania X8, where she defeated Trish Stratus and Lita to retain her title. Rodney Mack Rodney Mack’s most recent tenure with WWE was spent as a mentor to the Superstars of tomorrow. A veteran of the squared circle, Mack assisted in the development of the careers of several young members of the ECW roster. With blood dripping from his trademark fangs, Heath created a memorable image for WWE fans. Christopher W. Anderson The rugged southpaw Christopher W. Anderson found his greatest successes in the original ECW before he returned with the new breed this past summer.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 They'll probably wait until Danny Basham is fit before releasing him.
Dobbs 3K Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 What does Little Guido do now without a tag team partner?
DrVenkman PhD Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Well as thriving as the tag scene in ECW was, he'll probably manage as a singles jobber.
Dobbs 3K Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Yeah, you're right. I enjoyed their tag team work, that's all.
fazzle Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 WWE.com now reports both Bashams released
Dobbs 3K Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 They couldn't wait five minutes and announce the release of both of them together? I know they weren't really twins, but I couldn't tell them apart anyway.
Spaceman Spiff Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 That sucks about Doug Basham. The rest don't bother me at all.
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 If I ever get free passes to WWE again I will tell all the marks that the person in disguise is a girl.
Dobbs 3K Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 If Sabu gets released, does TNA re-sign him?
Spaceman Spiff Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Aparently, Rodney Mack & Jazz. If I'm Chuck Palumbo, I don't answer the phone
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 SYLVESTER TERKAY?!?!?!?!?!?
UseTheSledgehammerUh Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 Terkay is so going to TNA to fuck up Samolian Joe.
