haws bah gawd Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 I am terrified beyond imagination of heights. It's not the height itself that bothers me though. It's getting to the height that scares me shitless. Climbing a ladder, roller coaster, airplane, it doesn't matter. Once I actually get high-up, its not bad. It's getting there that's the hard part. The thought of breaking my neck and/or becoming paralyzed doesn't sit well with me. Death by being burned alive/drowning sounds horrible. If faced with that fate, and if I were in a rational state of mind, I would attempt to give myself a quick demise by inhaling as much smoke/water as needed to quickly end my suffering.
foleyfanforever88 Posted September 13, 2006 Report Posted September 13, 2006 Rats, bats, and snakes. Well I'm not really scared of rats, I just really don't like them.
CanadianGuitarist Posted September 14, 2006 Report Posted September 14, 2006 Being buried alive. Seriously, the thought of it scares the shit out of me I hope this doesn't sound too cynical, but I don't get that fear. Bees, public speaking and death all seem pretty common. Being buried alive doesn't seem that likely. I mean, yeah, the thought's uncomfortable, but I've been privy to heights, I know why I'm afraid of them.
Jericholic82 Posted September 15, 2006 Report Posted September 15, 2006 I don't like riding rolercoasters period or any ride like splash mountian with a huge drop. I hate the "dropping" feeling. as for my others pretty much all of the ones already mentioned. surprised no guy mentioned getting castrated or something like that I hate bugs too, plus I am more nervous with Cats than dogs cuz I hate to be scratched. The dark sometimes still gets me. as well as being home alone at night sometimes
Just call me Dan Posted September 25, 2006 Report Posted September 25, 2006 I'm pretty bad about heights, and swimming in deep ocean or lake water because, as someone said before, I can't see anything around me, and I know something will swim up and take my leg or something. I'm getting over my fear of death, mainly because so many have done it before me, its inevitable. I'm also pretty afraid of never finding that one who makes me happy my whole life. If I'm in a relationship, I fall hard and can't move on well. When I finally find a girl I'm stronglt attracted to with values close to mind, she automatically becomes the only one left in the world.
Ginger Snaps Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 It's so cliche, but I hate spiders. I hate, hate, hate, HATE them.
chuck415 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 The fear of drowning... oooow thats a bad one. I'm also afraid of fire, like being fully engulfed in flames. Ya know what would be the worst? If you went underwater and thought you were drowning. While you were under someone pours oil on top of the water and lights it on fire. You have to swim around looking for a clear spot Then when you find a hole where theres's no fire you come up and a big dude punches you IN THE FACE!
Black Lushus Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 I'm also afraid of fire, like being fully engulfed in flames. why on earth would anyone be afraid of that?

GET BACK IN THE FIERY WATER.
Black Lushus Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 It was funnier when Dane Cook said it. did you use a variance of the word funny and Dane Cook in the same sentence?
Black Lushus Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 I respect that...I watched this recent HBO special of his and found him to be one of the most annoying comics I've ever seen...but that's just my opinion.
jwest27 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Well, I haven't seen that, but I have listened to his CDs, and I laughed. That show Tourgasm wasn't that good, though, since he just did the same bits that were on his CDs pretty much.

Henry Spencer Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Dane Cook is the absolute worst. Oh, and I turn into a mincing little girl in the face of even the most harmless and tiny of spiders.

Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted September 28, 2006 Report Posted September 28, 2006 I liked his bit about being drunk and puking. Getting stuck in a phrase.
jwest27 Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 I am like the furthest thing from a "bro". For instance, I have never actually called someone bro.
Guest Danny Dubya v 2.0 Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 Death Public speaking Really loud noises (especially thunder) Heights Absolute darkness and/or silence Video games that suddenly freeze up by messing up the screen and staying stuck on a noise. That is the shit of my nightmares. Being anywhere near TVs in the dark (I swear, almost every nightmare ends with me getting sucked into my TV. It's almost obligatory. Maybe my brain's trying to tell me something?)
Guest ResidentEvil Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 Besides the normal stuff everyone is afraid of, I am afraid of preforming acrobatic feats like cartwheels and such. I suppose everyone has fear with stuff like backflips but even the simplest stuff scares me.
iggymcfly Posted September 29, 2006 Report Posted September 29, 2006 1. Death 2. Death 3. Death It basically renders your life meaningless and you can't possibly get away from it. What could be worse?

What could be worse? I don't want to go into it but I have experienced stuff that scared me so much that it made death start to look a lot less fearful.
PLAGIARISM! Posted September 30, 2006 Report Posted September 30, 2006 I'm only scared of death if I think about it. With that in mind, LALALALALALALALALALALALALALALALA
