AlaskanHero Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 So is this the first time J.R gets out of Oklahoma with out getting beat down or embaressed?
The Amazing Rando Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Bischoff's book should have been titled "The First Law Of Egodynamics: Controversy and Cash can not be created or destroyed, only transfered to Vincent Kennedy McMahon"
Longdogger_Pete Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Commerical for Batista vs. Booker at No Mercy? Yeah, I don't watch Smackdown, but what happened to Lashley vs. Booker?
The Amazing Rando Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 what a shitty forearm/clothesline shot
The Amazing Rando Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 It never crossed my mind that the apron to barricade legdrop has workable psychology to it.
chaosrage Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 This is the quietest RVD match I've ever seen.
humongous2002 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Besides the slow motion wrestling that was a cool spot.
Downhome Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 I like RVD and I like Holly, but I sure don't really like them together. I did love the suplex spot though, and holy shit does Holly look fucked up.
Downhome Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Maybe if RVD/Holly went a more straight up hardcore brawling style instead of trying to work a normal match for part of it they could have a better match. Holy crap that is a horrible gash.
chaosrage Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Jesus christ, Holly is going to die tonight.
Hawkius Maximus Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Holly is one tough fucking bastard, that's for sure.
Downhome Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Now that they've started going more hardcore, I'm enjoying their work together. This is how all of their matches should be. They are just beating the fuck out of one another now. RVD just got destroyed by that chair.
Hawk 34 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 The first segment of this match was really bad but after that suplex table spot, they have picked things up and so has the crowd.
The Amazing Rando Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Holly is doing some awesome selling. I love the dizzy collapse
razazteca Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Too bad this isn't in one of the ECW hotbeds in a small arena where dueling chants would happen: chant1 "HE'S HARDCORE" chant2 "HOLLY"
ChrisMWaters Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Well, how about that... Extreme Rules without any run-ins!
Aero Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Awesome second half. I'm surprised we didn't get the usual heel interference from Knox or Test.
NYU Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 I thought the two meshed very well together after the commercial. As long as RVD and Holly stick to hardcore-style matches against each other, their chemistry is pretty good.
razazteca Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 RVD just got destroyed by that chair. 4 times!
humongous2002 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 The first 10 minutes was pure WWE style and the rest was ECW heaven.
Downhome Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 And instantly they are taking care of Holly's gash, and he looks like he's in major legit pain. I can't remember the last time a match started off one way and ended another, to this extent. I enjoyed it, and now the fans are cheering for Holly as he leaves.
Hawk 34 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 A standing O for Holly? I never thought I'd see the day.
razazteca Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 RVD/Holly is the new RVD/Jerry Lynn.
1234-5678 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 Holly is doing some awesome selling. I love the dizzy collapse I think he was just dizzy...........
razazteca Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 A standing O for Holly? I never thought I'd see the day. Gee who would of guessed that leaving it all in the ring would get the wrestler over?
Downhome Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 CM Punk is so damn awesome. He's the type of guy, all around, that WWE has been needing for years.
NYU Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 CM Punk looked like a tool there. That's what bad writing will do to you.
Hawk 34 Posted September 27, 2006 Report Posted September 27, 2006 That was a good segment there and I liked how Punk basically called Kelly a dog.
