Guest Legalise Drugs and Murder Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Were you at the Colts game? I know you live around here someplace. Nah. I didn't have tickets. Did you get to go? No, I just assumed you did from the reverent tones and lots of ellipses.
Guest Legalise Drugs and Murder Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Go Seattle. EDIT: Agent must be completely plastered by now. I was shitfaced. Fell asleep around the 2nd quarter of the night game.
Jaxxson Mayhem Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Were you at the Colts game? I know you live around here someplace. Nah. I didn't have tickets. Did you get to go? No, I just assumed you did from the reverent tones and lots of ellipses. Ah. I was glad to see Indy win but i'm WAYYYYYYYYYYYY more pissed bout Dallas losing. It was such a bullshit loss. Now I gotta cheer on the home team. GO COLTS!
Special K Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Even though I love the 'Hawks, the Bears are going to destroy and go to the SB. They're really good, and they're mean. Something the 'Hawks have not been. Here's hoping for the Jets tomorrow! I don't hate the Pats, but root for the underdog. P.S, 2.5 lbs of king crab me and my friend will be eatting! The legs are almost the size of burritos.
CanadianChris Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Oh man...... There are no words to describe that game........ Actually, there's one... DAMN.
Slayer Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 As for Seattle "whothehellaretheys"? Come on. four straight playoff appearances The Pride of the NFC West last year's Super Bowl Them winning the Super Bowl would've been one of the worst things that could happen to the NFL, in a "they won a title?" sense, not unlike the previous two World Series champions as well as two straight Stanley Cup champions from the heart of NASCAR country "Hey, it's the Super Bowl Champion Seahawks... and... they're... the Seahawks... from Seattle... yeah... *tumbleweed, cricket*"
Red Baron Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 I hope its a Jets/Seahawks superbowl, and ESPN can actually analyze the game at hand.
Slayer Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 They'd probably just ignore it in favor of the NBA All-Star Game
Hawk 34 Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Since everyone is obsessing over ESPN's coverage (and why?), we got spared of the worst SB hype set of teams with Dallas/Indy (just way to much for the networks to cover) The most boring would obviously be Seattle/Baltimore. What would you talk about there?

What would you talk about there? Steve McNair, Come back player of the year.

Guest Legalise Drugs and Murder Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Hey, Pennington's getting beat up, at least I can enjoy that. God I hate the AFC East. I guess I can tolerate Miami, but still. The Jets need to go batshit with some trick plays, I think.
devo Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Beautiful work from Jerricho there, tripling the Jets' offensive yards in one play with that long touchdown.
TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Boo 77 yard TD Jets. 10-7

TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 More Parcells squabble and non-issues as well. Like this one: Bobby Knight hit another kid! What a horrible thing! Will he be fired? Knight: Everything's ok. Kid: Everything's ok. Parents: Everything's ok. AD: Everything's ok. WHY IS HE SO OUT OF CONTROL BY GAWD

TheDevilAndGodAreRagingInsideMe Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 .5 time, Pats up 7.
Guest Princess Leena Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Run lots of clock, kick a pointless FG! Allez!
Guest Smues Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 That should about seal it for New England.
Guest Princess Leena Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 And a Pick 6 to kill all the Jets' teasers. Where's iggy.
razazteca Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 time for the pats to send in the practice squad.
devo Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 Damn. Well, I'm upset with how poorly the Jets played today, but I can't be disappointed with the season as a whole. The Jets are going to solidify over the offseason with their young talent growing stronger and more experienced, and I'm sure the front office will draft intelligently again and add more players that'll make an immediate impact. Go Saints, I guess.
USC Wuz Robbed! Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 I'm interested to see how New England/San Diego pans out, seeing last time they met, San Diego ended NE's home winning streak.

Is the NFC East your 2nd least favorite? We both like the Cubs, too. I generally don't give a flying fuck about basketball, but I like the Trailblazers because they're a pack of criminals. I really hope the Giants win tonight, just to disgust the world of sports.
Just John Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 The Pats ran away at the end, but that game was infinitely better than both games yesterday.
2GOLD Posted January 7, 2007 Report Posted January 7, 2007 I'm interested to see how New England/San Diego pans out, seeing last time they met, San Diego ended NE's home winning streak. I don't think New England is fast enough to handle LT out of the backfield. Unless Marty screws up, I really cannot see the Pats stopping the Chargers. Hope I'm wrong, not betting on it. And how long has Bruce Campbell had an Old Spice ad? Odd seeing him dressed in his "Make love the Bruce Campbell Way" attire during a Patriots game.
