Yeah, the JAX/HOU officials haven't been all that grand either.

 

Lots of non-calls or phantom ones mixed in with a few of those "...lets wait a full twenty seconds after the play is over to toss out the flag..."

As a leader, I like Chad Pennington. He has a strong presence, a winning attitude, and always seemed to have a mind for winning.

 

But he cannot continue as the quarterback for the Jets. To go 0-3 against Buffalo, the Giants, and the Eagles is just miserable -- and as the QB that cannot seem to finish teams off anymore, he needs to be benched. I can't guarantee Kellen Clemens will be any better but the Jets need to shake up their offense like they did years ago when they benched Testaverde in favor of Pennington.

 

Oh, and Mangini going for a endzone pass to Laveranues Coles on a 4th and 1 situation with the game on the line was just awful strategy as well. Especially with both Coles and Chad's spotty performances all game. Notice nobody is calling him Man-genius anymore.
