AboveAverage484 Posted November 20, 2008 Report Posted November 20, 2008 Bam Bam Bigelow had all these fools beat by about ten years.
Lei Tong Posted November 21, 2008 Report Posted November 21, 2008 Mitsuhiro Matsunaga had Bigelow beat by a few minutes on the same night (assuing the fight wasn't worked).
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 From the Observer, UFC are internally pegging the number of buys for this PPV at just over 1 million; 1,010,000 to be exact. They're not releasing a number yet as they're hoping that late buys will help it break their previous record of 1,050,000 set by Liddell vs. Ortiz II, and they want to announce this UFC as being the biggest ever.
Youth N Asia Posted December 10, 2008 Report Posted December 10, 2008 If that's the case then congrats to the UFC. Anything around a million would be huge. Dana was obviously shooting to the moon with 1.2
HollywoodSpikeJenkins Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 I was starting to get interested in MMA, and the fact that Brock came in made me more interested. But it's not like I only watch the cards with Brock on. I also readily admit that I know fuck all, although this doesn't prevent me from mocking someone who thinks they do in my sig (hi Spike). I've had signatures turned off for months now. You're a bastard. I still can't stand Rashad.
AmericanDragon Posted December 11, 2008 Report Posted December 11, 2008 I once called Rashad the dumbest fighter in all of MMA. But after he knocked out Lambert with G&P I instantly became a fan. Knocking someone out with G&P or finishing someone with low kicks pretty much seals the deal on me being a fan of that fighter.
