TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 I still think an all round animated cartoon draft is worth it. The possibilties of the first 10 picks involving people like 'Cartman, Homer, Bart, Bender, Kenny, Barney Rubble, Peter Griffin'. You'd end up with one awesome team. CanadianGuitarist 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 To clear up any confusion, this is TakerHart's pick: James Woods "I'm off to fight aliens in a far-away planet." "That sounds like a good movie" "A movie. Yes. A movie." Board's updated. Keep on top of the PM's, please.

You could concievably have a list of all cops or all teachers and have it be awesome: Joe, Wiggum, Barbrady, etc.
Aero 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 My next pick is... GABBO! GABBO! GABBO!
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 WHO IS GABBO? Edit: I am, of course, referencing the characters reaction to the adverts of GABBO.
Prophet of Mike Zagurski 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 Gabbo: Those little SOB's. Gabbo treated his audience the same way Krusty treated his.

Mecha Mummy 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 See, I was thinking of a TV Character draft in general the other day, though the problem with that might be that it'd be so deep in scope that it could get overlong and also it wouldn't quite have the same charm this one does where eventually it's everyone sniping one-shot characters. Also, oh man, I forgot about Gabbo entirely. That episode was fantastic.
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 Now that I think about it, a TV character one in general would be awesome. Drafting Ross from Friends, Frasier Crane and AmGlad host Hulk Hogan as your first three choices.
Jaxxson Mayhem 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2008 My bad on the PM TakerHart. I was waiting for the 8 hours to be up and forgot.

Boner Kawanger 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 Goddammit I've had a picture of Gabbo saved to my Photobucket since yesterday. Oh, well, I was only going to draft him to set up one of my favorite jokes, so I'll just take that ball and run with it...ahem... Did you hear that everyone? Garbo has been drafted! CanadianGuitarist 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 I noticed that I wasn't PM'ed. This may not be a big deal, but "I'm not as laid back as people think. Now, I'm gonna sit here and play my guitar, and you're gonna float there, and like it!" James Taylor
TheFranchise 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 One of my favourite one off characters there CG.
Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 I was going to pick one of the better well known, but I couldn't risk this one being taken. Here's an awesome forgotten about charcter MCGARNICLE "next, on 'mcgarnicle', mcgarnicle is framed for a crime he didn't commit. and only one person can clear his name: a little sissy boy who's too scared to come forward." McGarnicle: "You gotta tell 'em what you saw, Billy. Billy: "But I'm so scared, Mcgarnicle." McGarnicle: "You gotta do this one for me, Billy: Mcgarnicle" Billy: "Well, ok. For you, Mcgarnicle" Chief: "Well, Mcgarnicle, Billy is dead. they slit is throat from ear to ear." McGarnicle "Hey! i'm trying to eat lunch here." I don't care if no one else likes this pick. I effing love it

TheOriginalOrangeGoblin 0 Report post Posted November 15, 2008 Homer and Michael walk up to Chief... Michael: Homer this Chief, he hasn't said a word in over 10 years. Homer: Hey Chief. Chief: Hey Homer. *doctors rush over* Chief: It's about time someone reached out to me. One of my favorite moments in Simpson history.
