Loved the opening of the show with Jack and Locke...I love those two guys together, make a great team. Especially ever since the first Jack episode. Enjoyed seeing the hospital room clip with Jack, followed by asking his Dad if he was drinking. Marked out for the return of Vincent. Hurley? A Warrior? Oooo yeah. I'll have to remember and watch that show tommorow night on the "real life" LOST. "You're just full of surprises." to Kate was awesome. Locke worked for a BOX company? Oooo kay. Kate's an Army brat? Hmm. Jack's Dad played out the sucking up card when he knew he was done. Really enjoyed the Sawyer/Sayid interaction and I think that one day they would be a great team. Hurley/Walt was funny as hell stuff. Man, did Ethan beat the fucking shit out of Jack or what? REALLY good stuff with Jack ratting on his father to end his career as a doctor. Charlie dying then coming back to life was CRAAAAAAAZY. "All they wanted was Claire" Da hell? I can't believe those mother fuckers left us with that cliffhanger. This show is so awesome. No LOST for a month? Balls.

During the episodes of like the Zack Attack, were was Jesse? -
Which part of it? Right when they came up to the food table, there was a guy with black hair and i think a silver shirt...he just kinda stood there dumbfounded and then went inside. That and Rey were the only two guys from the wwe. That was definately Eddie.

Which part of it?

I saw the clip, but couldn't quite make out who was who. I know Mysterio was the one making the 3LK sign, but that's about it.

So.... Who gets the famed Rock program at WM?
iliketurtles replied to Just call me Dan's topic in The WWE Folder
The Rock vs. Edge would be logical. I want to see Rock/HBK, though. -
I have a guilty mind...I laughed when I saw the title of this thread, for obvoius reasons.

I loved the Boxing style intro for Steve Austin vs. Chris Benoit on Raw in May of 2001 in Calgary. That was fucking bad ass.
-
From what I saw, I thought the show was alright. Fozzy was a nice touch though NO ONE seemed to care. Thought the Orton/Edge promo was solid stuff. Crazy ass chair shots to end the show..Benoit lost a crap load of blood and the camera didn't even get it. Didn't get the Trish/Lita match in the main event, but hwatever.
-
I think it really sets itself up for the P.R. PPV in Jan. I'd have Triple H, Edge, Orton, Benoit, Jericho, and the returning HBK in the Elimination Chamber for the World Title. Simple as that.

No Way Out 2001: Angle has Rock in the ankle lock. TAP THE OUT OR I'LL BREAK YOUR FUCKING ANKLE. Clear as DAY.

After the first few episodes, I got the vibe that it was going to be one season. But after that, and mostly the episode called Solitary (Sayid and French lady having a conversation) made me definately think they plan on keeping this around for a long time. If they can draw the line between reality and fiction, however. The only problem is...if they can keep people intrested in waiting months after the season ends. I believe they can, as long as they keep up with some plot twists and leave us with a really big storyline. Big storyline (if I was guessing what they would write):...they reach the other side of the island and there's survivors from the plane crash there too. And that would be the end of your season. Then you can start the 2nd season with even more new characters.

Here's another one: Back in Feb-March of 2003, Rock was suppose to face Booker T in a one-on-one match on Monday Night Raw, and they had promoted it most of the week. At the last minute, it was changed at the top of the broadcast, and Rock ended up wrestling the Hurricane. This pissed of a lot of people because of the bait-and-switch, but there was more to it than meets the eye. The true motivation for this was that Rock refused to work a program with Booker T (that would make Booker look good) because he knew what the end result was going to be, and that is Triple H comes out on the top. Supposely, the Rock is still very bitter after what happened to Chris Jericho in early 2002. Of course, Rock and Jericho worked a major program for the WWF title where Jericho came out on top, and then was beaten by Triple H. Rock knew that Triple H was going to pretty much take out Booker at Mania, thus wanted no part of it. In the end, Rock did a side program with Hurricane, and Triple H shortly after beat the Hurricane on Raw after Hurricane had beaten the Rock. And of course, Booker got squashed by Triple H. Once's logic must think Rock refused to work with John Cena for Wrestlemania 20 because he thought Cena would then go to Raw and lose to Triple H. That's just a theory I have, but yeah. People say Triple H is jealous of Rock's success because they both made their names during the same time period...obviously with Triple H now going into movies, but not getting nearly as a big name lead role as Rock has. And Triple H has made all those side comments about Rock from late 2002 til now for a reason, and one has to believe it's for ego. I think the Rock/HHH feud became so headed on camera during the last big boom period that it translated into real life. I don't think they go around saying "I hate you", but HHH is jealous and Rock holds resentment to him.

Summerslam 2002: Angle's got Rey in something, and he goes "Ready?"...."GO" and Rey reverses it immediately.
-
Actually, that's not necessarily true. I forgot who it was, but a person overlooked the WWF writers in 2000, when the show was at it's peak. I believe it was a lady, but I can't recall her name. And USA promoted Raw better than Spike TV/TNN did.

West Side? What about all us folk on the East Side? -
I'm just dying to see Locke break out as well. He's either going to start kicking the asses of all the "others", or's he going to join them. His reaction to finding the older bodies, Ethan in general, Sayid returning and leaving...the backgammon with the rocks. You know he's got some fucked up shit he knows. I said "OH MY GOD" at the end of the show too. I loved, loved, LOVED it.

Alright, just got home from school and just was able to view LOST tonight after a two week hiatus. Going into the show, I didn't think it was going to be all that intresting with it centered around Claire, but let's see how it went. Very weird to see the flashbacks at the beginning of each show from episodes a while back (even the first one), but it makes much sense. I like the continuious opening with the eyeballs...nice touch. REALLLLLLY awesome opening with the Claire sleeping walking/dreaming scenario. EVIL LOCKE. The "girlfriend" comment Jack probably should shut up everyone about the "he is gay" theory. I got the vibe that the baby was "an accident...and could be the best thing ever"...just like the plane crash. The comment of "Sayid's almost been gone for a week" makes it confusing as far as how long they've been on the island. I thought it was suppose to document a day. And if it's been a week since Sayid left...then they've been on the island for about 3 months. LOVED how they had the physic read Claire's palms and totally freak out because of what was about to happen to hear...obviously, the plane crash. Thought the interaction with Jack and Hurley was very well done, with Hurley revealing his real, full name. Didn't realize Maggie Grace was actually 20 (evident on IMDB and the show itself...). Really like the Boone comment about the "Patriot Act", "he's a liberal." "Really? Who has it?" "...who do you think?" Everyone must of seen that one for miles away. Again..NO ONE ever asked Sawyer anything. It's always been them forcing him to ask for something (I think someone noticed that a while back.) ...Why the HELL did the psychic send Claire on the plane when he knew what was going to happen? That's fucking eerie. I marked out when they came back from commercial and showed Sayid still limping his way back to the rest of the group. Sayid: "WE'RE NOT ALONE..." That was awesome. And Locke's reaction was great. THAT ENDING WAS THE BEST FUCKING EVER IN THE HISTORY OF FUCKING TELEVISION. ETHAN. IS. EVIL. AWESOM E SOMEROISMDFLASFDK.
