I'd put Tennessee at #25, just to show how they're a kickass performance against South Carolina and a shocker against Notre Dame (on the road? No problem!) away from being a happy medium in the #14-17 range for the rest of the season, possibly rising to #10-12 with a solid bowl win by the end of the year. A loss to Notre Dame has the biggest chance of going down, so I see a 7-4 season heading into the Peach Bowl or something.
