  1. You're quite unattractive.
  2. Such a refined individual you are, What? Anyways, the greatest wrestling match I've had was on HCTP. Long story short, a fucking 60 minute Last Man Standing match where I, Triple H, took on The Rock. By the end of it, both of our bodies were totally in the red all over, we were bloodied and just plain beat up. It took 12 chair shots and a Pedigree through the announce table at the end of the match just to keep Rocky down. UYI
  3. So what's the last 'beat 'em up' style game released? Tekken Force? Even though it wasn't a stand alone release, that is the last real beat 'em up I can remember on any modern system. My favourite series was definitely Streets of Rage, specifically SOR3. Like Sakura, I felt this game was horrendously under-rated, and I spent more hours playing that one than any other in the series. Dr. Zan didn't really do it for me though, I was a Blaze fan all the way. SOR3, by far, had the coolest bosses, such as the female twins who were close to impossible when the difficulty was set on hard, as well as the awesome Robot Y (correct me if that isn't its name) at the end of the game. Fuckin' wicked game. UYI
  4. Come to think of it, there have been few matches that had the same feel and atmosphere of Rock vs Austin (WMX-Seven) after that show. Rock/Hogan felt big, but not Rock/Austin big. UYI
  5. I just realised this was specifically about wrestling games, not just games in general. Well, I'm an idiot. *walks off*
  6. You and I both know you should've been 'Use Your Illusion II'. UYI
  7. 1996. I was 11 years old at the time and one of my friends came to school that day, ranting about how awesome thing thing called professional wrestling was. Around the same time, I hired 'Wrestlemania: The Arcade Game' for my Sega Megadrive and absolutely loved it, however I thought they were just made up fighting game characters, not actual people. The next weekend, I went down to the video store and hired out 'The History of Wrestlemania' (the WM compilation with Yoko & Bret on the cover) and the rest is history. Bret Hart is what initially kept me interested, so I guess you could attribute my love for wrestling to him. UYI
  8. More like The Shockmaster and Giant Gonzalez.
  9. -iB- & BBCW should band together to create an unstoppable force that will bring a new era of darkness to TSM. You yield the power. UYI
  10. In Australia, we spell 'theater' as 'theatre'. You wacky yanks. UYI
  11. Christ, there's too much HBK hate here (ahem). For me it's any Steve Austin promo after the 'What!' craze started. Austin used to be able to give the most entertaining and fun promos until that bullshit kicked in. 'Taker is the only guy I've known who has really gone out there and thrown it back in the fans' faces. "If you'd sleep with your own sister, say 'What!'' The crowd said 'What!'. UYI
  12. I thought Summerslam 2001 used the Bodies song from Drowning Pool. Unless I never noticed a second one. <<has bad memory sometimes. No, you're right. I was watching InVasion the other day and they were advertising SummerSlam on there. Whilst advertising it, that song was playing. I didn't notice it anywhere else in the PPV than there at the time, so chalk it up to my bad hearing. InVasion it was. UYI
  13. Oh God. I cannot remember how many countless obscenities I've screamed while having to fight The Undertaker in that game. Being the Taker mark I am, I would usually just play *as* the Taker, however on the odd occasion that I went through 'Road to Wrestlemania' without him, I'd almost always end up storming out of the room 20 minutes later swearing to never play the game again. Of course, 10 minutes later I'd be back in there at it again. UYI
  14. Tekken 4. Kazuya Mishima vs Heihatchi Mishima on Ultra Hard. No less than 27 tries later, I was victorious. I'm surprised my PS2 controller came out of it in one piece. UYI
  15. My favourite is Shawn Michaels, on RAW, and The Undertaker, on SD!. HBK is, along with Chris Benoit, the best worker on RAW, hands down. That, and I've loved him since I was 11 years old, which also applies to... The Undertaker - Nuff said. UYI
  16. Holy shit, it's Some Guy. I didn't even know you still posted here, man. UYI
  17. Calm down, I didn't accuse you of anything. I was just making a general statement. Don't take everything here so personally, or you'll be eaten alive. UYI
  18. While that's nice, the amount of money he demands is insane. If he made as much as any other upper guy, or even a constant main eventer like Undertaker, and made the sacrifice to give to charity, I'd appreciate that. But he asks for about that much money plus 50+ percent more. Voluntarily giving money is nice, but he makes sure to balance it out by having a reputation for digging deeper into the boss' pockets than anyone else there. Of course. His demands are quite unrealistic, I never denied that. It's just that Goldberg isn't the asshole people make him out to be, that's all. UYI
  19. Didn't get them from Power Slam magazine, by any chance? UYI
  20. Obviously one could place the blame squarely on English immigrants and settlers. Which, of course, I am a direct decendant of, seeing as my family originates entirely from the United Kingdom. UYI
  21. Despite being one of Freddy's LAMEST kill lines ever, it still gets a chuckle. I can't help but love how the cripple id turns into some warlock/sorcerer/whatever yet still gets his ass (and heart) handed to him. No fuckin' way, man, that line owned. I mark out everytime I hear it. UYI
  22. Ah yes, the stereotypical Australian is plentiful in this country, but only in certain areas. I can understand your distaste for them, they only tend to get along with other people who share their own traits. The soccer contingent isn't restricted to one sport, you'll find they're like that with most team sports, espically Rugby League and Cricket. The natives here are, by far, the most interesting and diverse people I've ever encountered, however I've not exactly had a great deal of life experience myself, being only 19, so my judgement shouldn't be taken too seriously. I could go into it here but I'd write seven odd paragraphs just trying to detail their culture's depth. Of course, it is particularly depressing to see here in Australia how some of the Aboriginals have been drastically affected by alcoholism, unemployment and drug abuse. These issues have led to a vast generalisation that is exceptionally derogatory and offensive to the good natured people, who have been trying for decades to restore their own culture. Again, far too much to cover here, but they certainly are very interesting people. UYI
  23. I reside in Brisbane, Queensland. UYI
  24. What happend exactly, Zsasz? UYI
