  2. They would have blinked but your subtitle said "Don't blink" so they didn't.
  3. I don't wanna do it
  4. Is that a mannequin? If it is, that explains a LOT.
  5. I need a message board curfew or something so I just go to bed before such atrocities can transpire.
  6. right-click, show picture
  7. This is going to be one of those things I regret in the morning, isn't it.
  8. By the way, I'm instituting a gentleman's agreement that nobody changes the password from "buhgina," which would make Public Account a private account. Let's not be selfish.
  9. Hey Nanks, feel free to use Public Account. Why? I dunno really.
  10. By gum, you're right

  23. The world's second-largest emitter of greenhouse gases is China. Yet, China was entirely exempted from the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol. This is a challenge that requires a 100 percent effort; ours, and the rest of the world's. America's unwillingness to embrace a flawed treaty should not be read by our friends and allies as any abdication of responsibility. To the contrary, my administration is committed to a leadership role on the issue of climate change. Our approach must be consistent with the long-term goal of stabilizing greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere. Maybe we'd have ratified your stupid treaty if we weren't getting shafted by it.
