  1. I sort of want to move to Canada every now and again if I decide at some point in life that I tire of Chicago (doubtful.) I was thinking Montreal or Halifax.
  2. Wow. I could've sworn the numbers were like this for the greater metropolitan areas: Toronto: 4.5 million Montreal: 3.5 million Vancouver: 1.75 million Ottawa: 1.5 million Calgary and Edmonton: 1 million Winnipeg: 750,000 Quebec City: 600,000 Halifax: 500,000 Guess I was way off.
  3. Give her a bite of the mint before she blows you and you will know what beats that. That one is a keeper.
  4. I should make a t-shirt based off my little Red Wings line in my profile. That would be money in the bank.
  5. The joke is you can only vote yes.
  6. Well that explains that. One Trick Pony, you deceived me and I'm not happy. Thanks a lot for making me look like the bad guy.
  7. I'm talking with him on AIM because he asked me to see why he can't get into the board. He's listed as Unregistered in his posts, so apparently somebody banned him, or something went wrong somewhere. I'm not completely clear on it. If someone could explain the situation so I can help him straighten things out, it'd be appreciated. Thanks in advance
  8. Actually the scenery in Utah is nice. Ohio is just bleh.
  9. Mr. Brook River is in my extended family so it's a good time when I'm with that side. We gotta do New Year's again.
  10. Yeah...hey did you hear that if the O'Hare expansion was to go through, Bensenville would cease to exist? WHAT A LOSS!!!! Alot of Des Plaines would be wiped out as well, right? But, the lack of Bensenville and Victory Auto Wreckers will be a sad, sad day in the Chicago area. Des Plaines would be saved, because they'd be expanding to the west, taking out a smidgen of Elk Grove Village and all of Bensenville. Des Plaines must stay! Mayor Daley can get rid of Meigs Field, but he can't eliminate the country's first McDonald's franchise, or the Choo-Choo Diner, where the train brings you your food. Des Plaines Fun Fact: At one part of Mannheim Road and Lee Street, I believe, the road designated "U.S. 12-45" exists in two separate places at once. Weird.
  11. Souled Out was bad after it became just a plain WCW pay-per-view.
  12. Not quite. Their "worst" season in the last decade was the lone Ray Rhodes season when they went 8-8 (gasp!) and missed the playoffs, and Rhodes got dumped after that (amidst allegations of the 'R' word). so then 1996: won Super Bowl 1997: lost Super Bowl 1998: missed playoffs 1999: I forgot 2000: I forgot 2001: lost semi-finals 2002: lost wild card game 2003: we will see
  13. Speaking of Milwaukee this is like the worst season the Packers have had in years, and I'm lovin' it. (ba da ba ba baaaa)
  14. Friday, November 17, 2079? I won't live to see my 93th birthday?!?
  15. TRITEC, there's probably more in Ohio than Utah. And why is your dad 66?
  16. Damn pennants, damn Stanley Cup, damn Eastern Conference championship...what an awful year.
  17. Yeah so I threw together a shirt for WGTT since they have none as far as I know. I tried to make it simple and one where wrestling fans get it but normal people just think it's just another shirt. I put the letters together sort of like they'd appear on a baseball cap (another idea for future merchandise) and used the shade of burgundy liek their singlets are. Then I wrote "world's greatest shirt" for no apparent reason. It's not great and I drwe a bad template but it's probably better than what SHopzone would come up with for them.
  18. Technically Shelton Benjamin debuted as a solo guy in August 2002, but let's forget his "All About Da Benjamin" period existed. MVP of the year: Eddie Guerrero Match of the year: Michaels-Jericho, WMXIX Raw wrestler of the year: Chris Jericho Smackdown wrestler of the year: John Cena Rookie of the year: WGTT Tag team of the year: WGTT Feud of the year: Kurt Angle-Brock Lesnar PPV of the year: Wrestlemania XIX Storyline of the year: Kane unmasked Announcer of the year: Cole/Tazz
  19. I remember that little pud doing play-by-play on Nitro a few weeks.
  20. They'd be remiss in leaving off clips of "Powers To Be" (yes, the Powers TO Be) "R & B."
  21. When asked about his many wives, King replied "The Dallas Stars will take the Cup in six. For my money, Pine-Sol is the best cleaner on the market."
  22. This game....whatta buncha posers.
  23. Chicago needs to keep Lofton. He's a good lead-off man and he can steal.
  24. I always considered KC, Tennessee, Indy, Philly, and Minnesota to be the big five thought the VIkings have faltered is recent weeks
