I was at No Way Out 2002. Average show. Most notable was the banner in the upper deck that said "Kurt Angle? More like Burnt Mango." Noodle that one for a while.

I have one question for my Canadian brethren: is your coverage always this good? Commentary, camera angles, info graphics, everything...CBC is blowing ESPN out of the water with hockey coverage. And of course, what commercial do I see during the Megastars game that displays how great Canadians do hockey? "Catch Red Wings vs. Blues on ESPN..>Hockey, Made In America."

Okay, listen, Poster of the Year. I put that banner up and made those threads semi-jokingly weeks ago because I figured he was going to join in a matter of days. Since it ended up being about three weeks, it stayed there. Neither of our lives are pitiful in the least. As far as I can perceive, both of us are leading decent lives. At least we're not going out of our ways to pathetically belittle people at a message board.

Yeah, they should make "Hartsville, Alberta" and paint the town pink and black. I concur about making it into a museum. Wasn't a scene or two from Wrestling With Shadows filmed at the Hart House? That was a cool mansion. But I'm confused: it says it's in Calgary, then says it's on a hill surrounded by only mountains. So is it actually in metropolitan Calgary, or just rural Alberta?

So, the intention of this folder, located near General Chat, NHB, and LSD, is to be a place to discuss things going on with our educational pursuits, for those of us in high school, or at college. Discussing books and such is too hard in Comic Books and Literature because one would have to wade through a swamp of Batman crap to get to The Catcher In The Rye. And if I need help with my Advanced Placement Chemistry class, where do I get it? Certainly not at General Chat. And if we want a place to debate our views on historical events and such, now there's a home for such threads. I just felt that TSM can and should be expanded in a more scholarly direction, so I took it upon myself to find an old abandoned clubhouse in the forest that some other cool kids from a long time ago left behind, and set up shop there as if it was my own clubhouse all along. So it's my hope that the first new post in Column Corner since November 2nd gets somebody's attention as they scroll down the list looking to see what kind of crazy antics are going on in LSD. I don't expect it to be a high-traffic place or anything, but by God, it has to get more attention than anything Maurizio C was writing.
