Another question, this one related to potential. If I have a young guy with high potential, but he's not quite ready to be on my team, (Meaning I could put him on a non-scoring line, but he's not quite tough enough, and he's not yet ready to be put on a major scoring line), would it be better to put him in the minors or let him "pay his dues"? Would he get better faster playing in a limited role on my NHL team, or just let him frolic in the minors for a season?

SCORING: Whoever picks the most correct winners in each match-up advances to the next round. Example: * Dr. Tom picks Tampa, New England, NY Giants and Cincinnati to win/cover the spread. * Always Pissed Off picks Tampa, New England, NY Giants and Pittsburgh to win/cover the spread. * Tampa, New England, Carolina and Cincinnati win (meaning they covered the spread). * Dr. Tom beats Always Pissed Off 3-2 If there is a tie then the first tie-breaker will be whoever was more accurate in picking the total scores for all four separate games.
