I watched a bit of C-Span tonight and saw some hippie guy trying to control a room packed full of democrat voters. Sadly, I joked to my better half, "now would be a great time for an electrical wiring meltdown." I know I'm a horrible person. Don't bother reminding me...

Oh dear God. Rush played a clip of him talking during that speech (if it indeed was the same speech, and I think it was) -- the audio is funnier than the visual, if you can believe that. Kerry has a "Get the hell off the stage and let me talk you big fat lush" look about him in that pic...

I didn't think she was bad -- I thought she was better than that one chick whose family "defected" to the U.S. by singing. First time I've ever watched this show. Nice to see idiots get their dreams smashed right before their eyes...

John Madden said in one of his book long ago that his theory as to why fans seem more rabid in cold-weather areas is that come December/January there's nothing much to do except go to football games. People in CA, for instance, can do more activities in the warm weather (Black Hole loons excluded)...

Odd, I was thinking the same thing. I listened to the first three quarters of that game while at work, so I couldn't see it on TV and the game didn't seem all that great. Except for the fourth quarter, I don't remember much of it -- what made it great in your opinion? Sadly, most Super Bowls are rather anti-climatic. I don't know who I want to win this year because I like both teams. However, there's a soft spot in my heart for He Hate Me, so I guess I'll knock on wood for the Panthers...

I don't watch the American Idol shows, but the U.S. version starts on Monday the 19th (tonight)...

I think it's a little deeper than that -- I think Miller now calls himself a "conservative" (if he's even that; I don't think he is) because of the Left's way of wanting to deal with national security and all that good stuff...

If that post was for me: I didn't beat that drum -- I was simply pointing out what Miller said, since we seem to have a George W. Hitler running gag going on here. Hell, I WANT more Bush = Hitler ads/speeches/etc. They're funny as hell...
