I got sent to the principal's office in 6th grade for doing the dance Alex Wright used to do in gym class while I was running the mile. It was so worth it.

My dad, brother and myself (Being an idiot) have taped over numerous Raws from 94-96, I wish I didn't but I think I still got a few left on tape (One where the featured match is Yokozuna- Randy Savage and another that's featured match is...ugh...Sid Vs Justin Hawk Bradshaw for the WWF world title nonetheless). Summerslam 94, Survivor Series 96, Backlash and Judgement Day 00 and No Mercy 01 have also been taped over. I also taped over numerous Nitros and Thunders from around late 99-early 00ish and Superbrawl 2000 but those tapes can't really be considered good wrestling. So ever have some assclown tape over your god damn wrestling tapes?

We've had this thread for all time sports, but never for current sports and trust me their are some bad ones. But for me the uglier the jersey the more likely I am to get it. NFL: The Seahawks ugly ass pea green jerseys, just simply awful. Even I wouldn't wear them. MLB: The Red Sox alternate bright red jerseys, I'm glad they only wore those ugly bastards a few times. NBA: Utah Jazz road jerseys, They're ugly but for some reason I think they're cool as hell and the closest thing to a modern day throwback. I'm getting Andrei Kirilenko jersey for Christmas in fact. Any MLS Jersey: They all look the exact same except with different colors.

These guys have been around for a while across the pond, but they're video for I Believe in a Thing Called Love has just started being played on MTV2. They're the perfect hybrid of Queen and AC/DC. I'm getting their CD once I get time to go to the local music shop and get it. I'm wondering if their are any other fans of them on this board?

It could be like a poor man's Rudy Dama! At least give it a go, you can always brag to your grandkids that you were cut by one of the greatest college football programs. Me I've always wanted to play professional kickball.

Band Aid- Do They Know It's Christmas?

I gotta go with the LA Clippers alternate jerseys for basketball. Mixing the old school with the new school. The best in the baseball is a fourway tie, Boston, LA, New York Yankees and Detroit. Simple, cool looking and still worn by youngsters today (Hell, people still even wear Tigers jerseys) Football I have to go with the Raiders, black and silver are muthafuckin ass kicking colors (Except this year they're ass kicked colors)

My year was fairly decent much like 2002. Not a spectacular year, but not a piece of shit one either. I did some dumb shit in the first 1/3rd of the year but redeemed myself later. Saw some good concerts, went to Florida and Quebec City. Saw the Red Sox once( Losing to the A's after fucking BK Kim blew a save) and the Celtics twice (Once getting totally blown out by the Pistons and last Wednesday's upset of the Mavericks). On a scale of DUD to *****, I'd give it **1/2, as SK would say a perfectly acceptable year.

I agree with the Oregon ones but San Diego only wore those a few times before putting them back in the shelves.

I predicted this! I did and I said he'd throw four touchdowns too,I said 4 or 5 but close enough I MADE A DECENT PREDICTION!

Are you talking about the all black ones or the blue/purple ones with the white mountains on them? Blue and purple with purple mountains. It was created in mid 90's along with a bunch of ugly other jerseys(First Grizzlies and Raptors jerseys. Hawks jerseys from five or six years ago with giant hawk) that if in five years throwbacks are still popular, will be made into throwbacks

The worst example of this has to be Axl Rose appearing with Tom Petty on an old MTV awards show and doing Free Falling. Now I'm I like Guns 'N' Roses as much as the next guy but man did Axl ruin that song "NOOOOOOWWWW IMMM FREEEEEEEE FREEEEEE FAAAALLLLING! Another band I've seen who butchers almost all of their songs live is the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, now I know they've got a huge live following (Why else would they still be selling out 2000 seat theaters) but good lord their singer sucks live. Another example I saw in person was some huge fat white guy opening for the Drifters at a county fair I went to just taking Sitting on The Dock of the Bay out back and beating the life out of it. Just awful.

Those aren't the ugly ones. They might be alternate or the years of glue sniffing have might have caught up with me.

KU's coach reminds me a lot of the guys on SNL that always talked about the Chicago sports teams. Da Bears!

Fresh Princes of Hoboken.......just doesn't have the same ring -
Poor Favre. I bet Brett's gonna have one of those inspired performances where he destroys Oakland and ends up throwing 4 or 5 touchdowns. Although it doesn't take much to give an inspired performance against this year's Raiders.

I think the Devil Rays will win 70 actually. They're a pretty talented group and were much better last year than the record indicated. With another cheap quality power hitter, I think they could compete with the big boys in the AL East.
-
Clips are nowhere near the hottest team in the western conferance let alone league, with that being said, I think they'll make a solid run for the number 8 spot in the playoffs.
-
Is it just me or is that a really weird cast? Should be good though, if they keep the Olsen twins lines and clothes to a minimum.
-
Another one I saw at one of those "Jingle Ball" holiday concerts thrown by top 40 stations was a cover of AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long by Evan And Jaron (Two Jewish identical twin brothers that had one hit) that was so awful. All the fathers that brought their 12 year olds daughters were like "THIS FUCKING SUCKS!" It was just god-awful.

Flyboy and Bob Barron should be in here fuming any second now. *looks at watch* btw missing an extra point is pathetic!

I'm glad I bought a LeBron jersey before he even started his first PRE season game now that he's a success. If he hadn't, I would have felt like a real dumb ass.
-
I'm glad the Patriots have sold out for six or seven years in a row straight, I never have to worry about that crap. I feel bad for the fans (or lack thereof) of the Arizona Cardinals, they must only see their road games.
-
Just overalll, bad live performances of good songs.

I won't believe the A-Rod deal till I see it. If this goes down, it'll be the biggest baseball trade of all time and 2nd biggest sports trade of all time (I'd put Gretzky to LA ahead of it by just an ass hair.)
