Bam Bam was such a lame babyface. Maybe it was because his look just screamed monster heel but I just never bought him as a good guy even though his first run in '87-'88 was semi-successful.

I'm not sure if Andre had been defeated or not on WWF TV before. Of course, he got defeated every now and again in other territories. I know for a fact Jerry Lawler beat him at one point in Memphis in the late 70s/early 80s. And according to his wikipedia article, he lost cleanly to El Canek in Mexico in 1984 and in Japan to Antonio Inoki in 1986. I'm sure there have been others. I'm pretty sure though he hadn't gotten beaten by pinfall or submission in the WWF though. I got a question of me own from a period where I wasn't watching. When, how, and why did Bam Bam Bigelow turn face in '95? I'm assuming it had something to do with his loss at WrestleMania XI but I'm not quite sure. I missed a few weeks of RAW around that time and all of a sudden Bam Bam Bigelow went from being a semi-badass midcard heel to Diesel's buddy.

I remember when Mark Madden joked that Lou Thesz was rolling in his grave on Nitro a year or two before Thesz died. What's the consensus here on egg salad? I've got mixed feelings about it. Most of the time I have it it's pretty good but I have had a bad egg salad sandwich here and there. That and they make me gassy.

I'm with the people who think ketchup on eggs is absolutely disgusting. Whenever we stayed over my grandma's house when the parents were out of town- she made us scrambled eggs with ketchup. Even as a ketchup lovin' snot nosed brat, I didn't like ketchup on eggs.

I usually take them scrambled but when I'm feeling a little nutty I like 'em over easy. Boiled eggs are also good on occassion. I haven't had one in too long.

I know it's completely off topic but I'd like to use this thread as an opportunity to show some photos from the last TSM gathering;

Jannetty appeared on RAW like a year and a half ago to save HBK from The Spirit Squad. I remember that very well because me and my younger brother were watching it live and I jokingly said that I hoped Marty Jannetty would do a run in for the save...and then he did. Needless to say, I marked out. And I'm opposed to reshowing the first episode of RAW only because I don't want to hear Rob Barnett's shitty jokes ever again. Though I actually thought HBK Vs Max Moon was a fun little match.

What's everybody here's opinion on chowder? I'm having a hard time thinking of a kind of chowder I don't like. Though there are only four kinds of chowders I can think of.

I really don't know what was weirder with that clip, seeing Giant Gonzalez in street clothes or seeing Giant Gonzalez get somewhat of a pop from the crowd.
