That's the one thing I'm very OCD about. Whenever I eat a meal, 99% of the time it's, fruit/vegetable first , sides second and entree third. I've been this way as far back as I can remember.

Shaq's Big Challenge is the guilty pleasure of the summer for me. Everything about that show kills me.

No, he acted heel but I think one of the problems with the turn was the fact that WCW were sick of Hogan by then and Sting was the guy for that company for a decade at that time. So now they were all of a sudden expected to accept him as a chickenshit heel? I thought Sting made a pretty good heel but I flat out think WCW fans couldn't accept a Sting heel turn.

Former World Champion Debuting on Impact Thursday
King Kamala replied to edgehead69's topic in TNA Wrestling
Scott Hall was never an AWA World Champion....maybe Dale Gagner's AWA. I don't know who's held that World title...hell I've probably held it at some point. -
I've had a lot of good hot dogs but I can't say I've ever had a truly great one. Probably because Portland (Maine) is probably the farthest you can get from a hot dog mecca. Outside of the couple hot dog carts here in the summer, we don't have a single hot dog place. We used to have a couple Chicago Dogs but they all closed down before I went there so I wouldn't know if they were any good or not. Stupid health conscious Mainers! I have a hard time eating any hot dogs that aren't all beef. Beef are the best kind by far, without a shadow of a doubt. The worst is turkey hot dogs, my dad used to get them whenever he got hot dogs for us as kids. They're just terrible. Awful.

You missed the thread, it should be on Page 1 or 2.

Quick question; so I'm the guy who liked Sting's heel turn, am I correct? I think the biggest reason it didn't work is because the fans couldn't hate Sting. And The Hummer Angle was terrible IMO because it was never consistant. It seems like they'd completely forget it for weeks at a time and then it'd be a hot button issue.

Hey, it wasn't great but it was better than the shit Nash, Russo or Sullivan gave us. I think they were just getting their shit together just as Russo came in. I mean the 1 or 2 shows right before Russo came in were decent by '99 WCW standards. I've seen all of those shows from May to September of '99 and I'll take Fall Brawl over any of them. Granted, that's not saying anything at all since they were all pretty much total shit.

Speaking of action movies, I saw Demolition Man for the first time today (Yeah I'm about 15 years late), pretty underrated action flick. Definitely better than most of Stallone's non Rambo, non Rocky action movies. Wesley Snipes is just incredibly over the top. But the part that cracked me up was Stallone's reaction to finding out that people don't have actual sexual intercourse in the year 2032 killed me and I'm paraphrasing "What? You've never heard of boning? The Wild Mambo? Hunka Chunka?" The day I hear someone referring to sex (outside of that scene) as hunka chunka or the wild mambo is the day hell will freeze over.

Is your dislike for a artist due to them or their fans?
King Kamala replied to MrRant's topic in Music
Yeah, good music is good music. I'm an agnostic but I'll listen to Christian music if it's worth a damn. Problem is most Christian music is and the stuff that is, is recorded by "non Christian" artists (Prince and Cash). 4 The Tears In Your Eyes is another great Prince song about Jesus. The version that's just him on guitar with some back up singers, the version he did with The Revolution was tacky. Arguably, "I Would Die 4 U" is a great Prince song about Jesus. -
IIRC, there wasn't anything more to it than what happened. He just joined to become part of The Magnificent Seven stable at the time. I don't know where Hawk was. Didn't Hawk have a run in WCW without Animal in '93? Am I the only who liked The Magnificent Seven? I liked where they were going with storyline before WCW got bought out (With Scott Steiner "retiring" a bunch of the main event babyfaces, leading to a big confrontation)

January 2000-March 2000 was much, much worse. That was the worst booked promotion I've seen in my entire life and I've been watching since the mid-80s. I concur, I ordered SuperBrawl X and to this day, I'm not sure why. It was just an exercise in torture to watch Nitro at that time. Now there was like a six week transition period in WCW in '99 from early September to mid October between Nash and Russo's reign that I really enjoyed. Bret Hart came back and for the first time was sort of getting pushed. I actually enjoyed The Sting heel turn that happened at that time. I thought they were just starting to get out of the hole but then Russo came in and the rest is history.

I don't see how it could be any better but it might not be any worse. If anything it would give dumb marks their dream match of Warrior Vs Goldberg. I'm not sure if this is has been asked so ignore this if it has but here's a good one; it's late Spring/early Summer '94, you're Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan calls and says thanks but not thanks and decides to enjoy semi retirement and his C list action movie acting career. What do you do?

My favorite part of the movie besides all of the famous cheesy one liners is when they order Arnold to fire on the protesters and yells in his crazy accent "NO THERE ARE PEOPLE DOWN THERE!" just cracks me up for some reason.

I've always wanted to start the first Satanic Surf Rock band. -

Let's not forget Billy Martin was at ringside too. I wouldn't want to fuck with that guy.

Well that makes except none of them put Jarrett over. In fact, Jarrett put all of them over. Ah later day WCW gotta love it. And here's a question, was there any reason or explanation as to why Brad Armstrong was in the short lived No Limit Soldiers stable?
-
Maybe the time he beat up a hooker at The Bunny Ranch because she wouldn't fuck him for free. And the funny thing is the owner of the Bunny Ranch supported Vince Neil because the policy is celebrities don't have to pay Edit: Forgot about him killing the guy from Hanoi Rocks.

Eating at Applebees for the first time in four years.
King Kamala replied to Giuseppe Zangara's topic in Food Folder
Why doesn't that surprise me? Goood thing I eat at home most of the the time. In fact, I've never even been to Applebees or most of the big sitdown chain restaurants (TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Olive Garden). When I go out to eat, I get fast food or go to a local place. -
Hate to make more "what was the point of...."? questions but I got another one now that we were talking about new and old But what was the point of The Old Age Outlaws (Short lived group of old, mostly retired wrestlers led by Terry Funk in early 2000 WCW)? I mean I know someone had to combat N.W.O. 2000 but why a bunch of old dudes who were mostly inactive? Did Kevin Sullivan really think this would draw? And that group indirectly ruined Souled Out 2000!

Yeah, it's $9.99 here too.

Nah, Muhammad Ali was already in the early stages of Parkinson's at WrestleMania. More likely than not, it would have been a couple guys from the back charging at Brody.
