Sounds to me like UPN's getting a bit jealous of the WB. You don't hear people slamming them for crap programming like they do for UPN. Really, this probably would be the best thing to happen for WWE. Plenty of cable channels will give them a look because it still pulls in fairly decent ratings. FX, USA, any network that has two hours of airtime to kill. And I wouldn't blame JBL; SD has been the inferior brand LONG before he became champion, and his character is actually one of the few entertaining things on there.

Ty Law's on IR, so yes, he's done (possibly as a Patriot altogether, but that'll be decided in the offseason). The "Will Richard Seymour play or not?" hype should be in full swing though. The last Pats celebration had about 1.5 million (with me one of them). No way they'll reach the Sox, but I'd say it would be about that big a crowd. Philly? Recall the fucking 3rd Infantry from Iraq to handle that celebration.

Actually, a lot of the talk I heard leading up to that game was "The Panthers have a pretty good chance of doing what the Pats did to the Rams two years ago." Delhomme did have a monster game, and that (coupled with injuries to the Pats' secondary during the game, which facilitated the guys they got this year AND making Troy Brown a two-way player) kept the Panthers in it.

My advice: Don't take honors pre-calculus if you can't handle it. Believe me...I know. I think I got a D out of pure sympathy.

Well, we ended up with about 30" or so, but it's the real airy, powdery, ski-area type snow, so it was easy to move and it should melt fairly quickly. I take back any good things I've ever said about snow, though.

Cena is incredibly limited in the ring, and shouldn't be counted on to carry the offense in a match. He's MUCH better at selling a shitkicking from the heel and making a comeback (see: Wrestlemania XX). Of course, being put in the ring with guys like Rene Dupree and Kenzo Suzuki will make ANYONE look bad.

This really isn't new. I remember hearing house shows leading up to either Summerslam or Wrestlemania X where Luger wins the title, only to have the decision reversed. They should try it with Big Dave, since him winning will probably get the bigger reaction.

I agree with Edwin. At first, I thought they should have taken the points, but yeah, you're on the two, so even if you get stuffed, you've backed them up deep and have a chance at a safety (best case), or at least getting good position on a punt.
