Yes he did. And he pulled the same circus show after the match crap he did in ROH and then got into a fight with CM Punk to boot which got him out of TNA. WWE wouldn't bring him in since he got kicked out of OVW a couple years back for being a flake. I think Teddy's been blackballed out of every promotion he's worked because of his stupidity...

I remember reading in the Observer that Thacker was totally out of his class, and that UFC wanted to pick one total beginning amateur to show that "not anyone" can be an ultimate fighter. All the rest had at least some professional fight experience. Thacker apparently didn't know that everyone else would have so much experience and assumed everyone else chosen were beginners too.

Hah thanks for the video. I really wish they had the Q&A session up too because I bet that was a hoot. Warrior is what he is. I agree with a lot of what his basic ideas are about moral relativism being dangerous and false, but the way he went about antagonizing it was a little strong. But he's anti-PC and self-admittingly so, I respect that. It was funny to hear him making fun of those screaming libs too. I got to say the students were totally disrespectful though. Even if you don't agree with the speaker, he's a guest and you shouldn't be shouting him down and screaming at him while he's making his speech. Anyway, yeah that was funny...

Woops! [Johnny Carson]I...didn't know that[/Johnny Carson]. I had heard about Cuban owning an HD channel and assumed since this is the only ones I got that that was it. It makes sense to be owned by iNDemand though as it's iNHD. Where are all these HD channels carried? Do you need a satellite dish or something? Comcast gives you all the locals, ESPN, Comcast Sportsnet, a few PBSs, some premiums like HBO and Showtime and the 2 iNHDs. You'd think if all these other exclusive HD networks are out there they'd pick them up...

I should probably update the thread and mention I got one! I was going to get a standard 20 GB, but when I went to the store they only had one to sell, and it was the display, and the saleman reccomended I go for the iPod photo which is 30 GB and only $50 more. So on a whim I decided it's always best to get the best model you can afford with technology and got the iPod photo. I'm currently in the long process of copying all my cds to iTunes and loading them on my iPod. Im making good progress though. It's great having all my songs avaliable with the click of a button and the shuffle feature is fun too. I even don't mind the ear buds so much which I didn't think I'd like, and find they have good quality sound too. Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, but who gets this channel? My Comcast digital cable gets Mark Cuban's INHD1 and INHD2 (the former shows MMA shows like UFC, K-1 and KOTC in HD frequently ) but no other "specialty" HD channels. As someone who recently got an HD TV, the quality of these channels really is amazing (but for those without HD TVs you won't notice any difference).

Wow, I didn't know about this 30 minimum innings pitched rule. Looking at my stats I might just barely make it depending on how my others starters do. What exactly is the point of this rule? And what happens if both teams don't have the minimum logged? Are all the pitching stats just waved?

Like I said in the other thread: yuck. This Ozzfest was looking so good with Anthrax being rumored, but they had to go to a typical dreck Ozzfest band like Mudvayne. Still will go to see Sabbath and Maiden though. Saw Mudvayne live opening for Metallica a couple years ago and they were terrible and the crowd booed all through their set. The lead singer was asking us to give them a chance and only got a pop when he mentioned Metallica...

Think of New Jack in looks and personality/interview but he can actually wrestle. He works a stiff, agressive Japanese style. From what I've seen in ROH he likes to get into it with fans and acts like he's going to snap and attack them if they piss him off.

Oh and in the trade department only having one lefty off the bench (a switch hitter actually) disturbs me a little so I'll take offers for Steve Garvey, George Kell or Jim Rice for a comparable lefthanded bat...
