  1. This website has been added to my favorites list.
  2. Vader is the bodypart man!!! Eyeball pops out, check. Rips off Cactus Jack's ear, check. All we need is for him to wrestle HHH and have him clip that nose.
  3. This has probably been done before but I don't spend much time in the music folder so my apologies up front if this has been done to death. Here are some concert events I attended that were more than just music. Kiss - Farewell Tour 2000- Their supposed farewell tour, yet 3 years later they are playing in my town again. It was awesome with all the pyro and the Kiss Army. Not a huge fan of their music but seeing them live was awesome. Prince - 2000 - I'm a fan of his music but GOOD GOD the women in the audience were worth more than the price of admission. Up In Smoke Tour 2001 - Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem - I don't partake of the chronic but damn if the contact high wasn't the shiznit. This concert from start to finish was a fun smoke out party. Digital Underground - early 90's- The Undergrounds concerts were always a party. You couldn't help but dance like a fool to the Humpty Dance. Probably the most fun I've had goofing around at a concert. Public Enemy - 1988 - Being a non-black man at a PE concert with the S1W's on stage was scary yet awesome. PE back in the day were awesome. NWA - 1988 - Eazy E, Ice Cube, Dr Dre and their posse put on the shows that made you wanna kill somebody, and enjoy doing it. Too Short 1985 - 1993 - Being from Oakland and having local rapper come up during this time was great. There was a local radio station that would put on a mega concert with like 15 artists with the show being like 12 hours out in the hot sun. On 2 occasions, Short showed up unannounced, performed, and stole the show. SummerJam - 1987-1990 - This is the concert put on by the local radio station. Each year they would try and get about 15 artists to pop in and do a quick set. Young up and coming artists like Mariah Carey, Paula Abdul, the Cover Girls, Expose, BBD would perform while they were just up and coming in the music industry. This was held at an amphitheatre and it was an awesome site when the people sitting on the grass in the general admission section, some 10,000 of them would have a 20 minute food fight. Day on the Green - 1993(?) not sure of the exact year. Day on the Green was a yearly concert on the field at the Oakland Colisseum, at that time only the home of the Oakland A's. Metallica and Guns n Roses headlined but the controversy was Ice T's band Body Count performing. They of course had the song Cop Killer, which caused the security to not want to protect them. The mosh pit got out of control and people started tearing up the sod and it turned into the largest sod fight I've ever seen. The A's of course weren't happy. Lollapalooza 1992 - Headlined by the Chili Peppers, with Ministry, Lush, Jesus Jones, Ice Cube and the Booyah Tribe also performing. Had a great time and with Ice T as the host of the night, it was awesome to see the show close with the Chili Peppers joined onstage by T, Cube and the Tribe.
  4. I love the way they are handling it, but feel bad for AJ.
  5. Great episode. I'm glad it wasn't the last one yet I wanted to see the ending so bad. Ashleigh playing the bitch role and wearing that sundress=goddess. The Hutch is a freaking legend and made every show. I loved everytime Matt almost caught on and the production crew moaned. If Matt is indeed on it, I bet that the other cast isn't, making them the Schmos.
  6. This thread is playing Ricky Morton.
  7. He was on my local radio station yesterday at like 630am. The thing that impressed me about the Hennig dedication was that he made it clear they were never really best friends, but he still felt the need to dedicate a song to him because he knew him well. I really liked hearing that.
  8. I know he can't be too choosy, but is he just signing his name to anything at this point?
  9. Fuck. Not looking forward to all the stupid promos during Raw of Dom Deluise, Gene Wilder and Burt Reynolds sucking the Rock's ass about how good of an actor he is.
  10. Coach was nothing more than a pawn to get the hoss announcer over.
  11. Do the man's lips even move when he talks? Does he even have lips? I swear when they show JR talking I feel like I am watching an old Kung-Fu movie.
  12. Lets hope Dutch has more say than Russo in this one.
  13. He's only getting what he deserves if somebody actually was responsible for the concussions. I don't know how he got them, but hopefully someone took his ass out on a block. By the way, I'm a Raider fan.
  14. Diggidy Dames has groupies. Unforunately they are all males and under 25 and post on this message board.
  15. You'll probably get your wish.....on Velocity.
  16. Would someone be so kind as to give me some capitalization and make my name: OldSchoolWrestling much thanks
  17. Kenny G - The Wedding Song Although he calls it the wedding song, I'd like it to be played at my funeral
  18. Buffalo
  19. Aren't penalties supposed to take place on the kick off and not the PAT? They should have made him kick off from down the street.
  20. I've been seeing this advertised in my local paper and would go but I'm broke. My 6 year old is a Jeff Hardy mark unfortunately.
  21. Apollo is the IWA-PR heavyweight champ. I wouldn't be suprised to see him in TNA if Dutch Mantel is booking for both. Talent swaps could be good if the introduce talent wisely. I think Jeff Jarrett even wrestled Apollo on the IWA tv show a few weeks back.
  22. Um, yeah. That's ok. I'll die young.
  23. Sour Patch Kids. Ate the whole pack. Feel sick now.
  24. I hear the Jaguars have cancelled bring your gun to work day, which was scheduled for tomorrow.
  25. Eddie Murphy doing this during his RAW concert (along with the "white guys dance like THIS" routine) is fucking funny as hell. That is exactly what I had in mind when I wrote that. Many comics have copied that since then, but Eddie was the man.
