Double overtime! Basketball hasn't been my favorite sport since high school. I prefer baseball and maybe even football now, but even when basketball was my fave, I preferred pro to college. Despite that, I'm beginning to think that the NCAA Tournament may top the MLB playoffs as the most exciting time of year in sports.

I've barely watched any college ball this year. I would've been watching all the Illinois games, but since I moved to California in November, I didn't have access to any of them anymore besides the nationally televised ones. I thought I had a good idea of who was good for my brackets since I read all kinds of sports websites and watch ESPNews, SportsCenter, PTI, and Around the Horn all the time, but damn, my bracket's FUBAR now. I went 9 for 16 on day 1, then I was doing well today until Syracuse, a team I picked for the Final Four, went down to Vermont. Still, I must admit that in spite of my brackets, I couldn't help but root for Vermont in the last 10 minutes of regulation and all of overtime. That was a hell of a game, and Vermont had me backing them all the way.

Carlito's one of my favorite superstars on Smackdown, and probably in the entire WWE. I've been a huge fan of his since he debuted. I don't know if he's got "the look" to be WWE champion, but he surely has the talent and charisma.

Compared to where I grew up (Springfield, Illinois- Worst. capital. ever.) LA is paradise. And yes, Czech, LA is better than cold and windy Chicago.
