I liked the 98 remake.

It was scary the first time, I liked it. After that though, the shock value is gone. In the original, the character Samara is based off is is potrayed to be more of the victim. In the US version, Samara is cold hearted evil bitch. I like the evil bitch version better myself. Something I always wondered about the Ring though, Samara kills whoever when the times comes up, but... Spoiler (Highlight to Read): What if you destroy the TV screen?

Why did Bret's wife divorce him?

1.) I've debated this with RRR before, but in my mind, the SD El Paso is what finally made him a babyface. 2.) I think they did the DQ because they wanted to build Cena / Guerrero as a long program, but nixed it for Angle / Cena, Guerrero / Show instead. I'm kinda glad it ended in a DQ because I feared WWE was going to piss us off (since I was at that very show) and actually have Eddie lose the title that night. Having gold in your hometown = makes you look good + bragging rights. Besides, the emotion that night wouldn't have been as great if Eddie showed up titleless.

The last time I can remember Austin and HHH actually going at it was the 2002 RR. Angle eliminated Austin though. Well, I heard HHH was to get the face turn after the Power Trip ended (which happened to be the night of the quad tear) and was to feud with Austin through the summer of 2001. Yeah, Invasion wasn't supposed to happen because of this, but alas it did at the last minute. Thanks, Trips.
